The apartment is a good size and in a good location.

The apartment is very scuffed and has mould patches in multiple corners. The whole apartment needs general maintenance and care. The toilet struggled to flush and the shower was only hand held over the bath.

Location was great for a London holiday - very convenient for public transport as well as walking to Westminster. Supermarkets and restaurants around the corner. Plenty of cleaning products and extra towels.

The property is located above a service station. However this is not apparent when you are inside the property.

Like that it’s got basic functionality and location. Host is very nice and thorough. The common are of the building was nice, it had a nice luxurious vibe & there’s a lift too which is nice.

First of all I wouldn’t say it’s stylish, there are a lot of parts that need refreshing and there are a few parts that you can tell have just been updated (oven & bathtub taps), but mainly the bathroom got moulds and dampness, the sofa & cushions look really dirty. Took so long for the toilet to refill after flushing, if you flush half way through it filling, it won’t flush and you have to wait from scratch again. When we arrived it was chilly as windows were left open in both bedroom and living room. The livingroom door stopper was a joke, couldn’t even hold the door open.

Didn't sleep at all both beds were appalling, not enough pillows and duvet very thin for the winter. You want a good night's sleep when you have a full day.

Very spacious and clean. Was well equipped which is exactly what you need when you are travelling with toddlers.

There's nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

kitchen light didn’t work. very dirty. needs updating a lot and general work 100% not worth half the money we paid. damp everywhere in bathroom and really poor

We appreciate where it is located. We liked that we were able to wash, dry & iron our clothes.

The lights in the kitchen doesnt work, it takes a long time for the flush to refill and there were some moulds in the bathroom tub. If all of those are sorted out everything will be perfect.

Good location, fully equipped kitchen and privacy.

Needs some TLC. Oven dirty, two chairs broken and would be a hazard to sit on. Over all it was good and done us for what we needed but slightly shabby. Main beds seemed fine but the sofa bed highly uncomfortable (I guess that’s to be expected).

great access to central london, close to just about everything

owner was quite rude. we went down in a heatwave and refused to let us open the terrace window (which is shown advertised) which left our group exhausted from the heat inside the flat. keys werent there for us arriving and had to wait for them to meet us

Perfect location and reasonable price offering value for money. .

Only 2 issues , first the apartment was not cleaned when we checked in at 2 pm and it was not until 3 that it was cleaned and completed so we lost one hour. Also the bathroom door lock does not work so if you are with a small group of 4 to 5 then it can get awkward with one person constantly near the bathroom telling that there is someone inside

Great location, good value for the money, spacious, comfortable apartment.

For reasons which elude me the hists decided to close off the access to the balcony with a lock. You can slightly open the door, but you cannot use the balcony. Wy? No clue.

the property was in a very poor condition, the curtains in all rooms were hanging off the rail and therefore allowed light in. the shower was unusable as a shower as there wasn’t anything to hang it on to. the premises were unclean especially the bathroom. the whole apartment was very shabby and in need of repair, pictures hanging off walls, holes in walls, chairs broken, the kettle was faulty and difficult yo use, no tea or hand towels. we were very disappointed with the apartment.

We stayed in the apartment on Udall street. The location is great, just 5 mins from Victoria Station in central London, great for short London trip, good equipment.

During the hot days, when you need your windows all opened, it might get quite noisy during the night, since windows are above a busy street.

There might be small repair job to be done in some spaces, but the location is very good and good value for money.

Great location, clean and tidy. We waited 20 mins before being let in, but the lady was very apologetic.

Apartment is fully equipped, clean, very modern and stylish. Just nice for a family with 3 kids. Quiet and walking distance to London Victoria Station.

-No place/hooks to hang our jackets -maybe some instructions or guidelines especially to use the microwave. -we came to Udall street, it was actually at Willow Place... but it was walking distance anyway.

The location was amazing - 10 minute walk to London Victoria train and bus station, 5 minutes to Pimlico underground. You could walk to Buckingham Palace and so many other London icons. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen very clean. All the rooms were a very good size. Lots of eating places and a number of supermarkets within walking distance.

The shower cubicle was a little small and quite a snug fit for my husband who's about 5'10".

A large area of the apartment is very nice. There were some problems with heating, but the stuff always quickly responded to requests and helped to do everything for our comfortable staying.Thanks a lot!
