Very welcoming and friendly staff, run by a family. Breakfast very delicious. Family, home atmosphere. Very close to all attractions, city center and main bus station in Nablus. I had a beautiful view from the windows in the room.

Hotel Location is very strategic as its in middle of the city centre

The hotel has a perfect location and the room is very comfortable. There's everything you need: air condition, nice view, television, comfortable and warm beds....Also the hosts are really helpful and will help you directly with any question. If it's about learning new arab words, finding something good to eat, or having a good view for pictures :). The breakfast in the morning was typical arabic and really delicious. All in all we had a perfect stay there and will come again if we will be in Nablus again.

It wasn’t our first time in nablus but it was our first time at isra hotel and we will be back for sure.. the staff were so kind.. they gave us everything we asked for and more.. and the breakfast was so delicious.. and because we told them we were newly wedded the prepared the room in a nice way..

The host and reception was always so friendly. It really was a comfortable and easy place to recharge. The included breakfast was awesome. So many plates of food that I couldn't finish it all even though everything was delicious. I loved my room and view. The bathroom was clean. The mattress and pillow put me right to sleep. Once again, very gracious and friendly hosts. I will definitely stay here again!
