Everywhere in the 22 countries I have been, the major asset is the host, when she/he is as kind, as communicative and as helpful as our host Mr. Azamat in Almaty. The apartment is in a very near, walking or almost walking distance from all the important places in the city, such as Al Farabi University, several business and leisure centres, a wonderful walking banks of Esentay river and a number of parks and cultural places. Definitely a great value for money. In addition, you have at least two very good supermarkets just on the corner, pharmacies and a lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very good for 3-4 family visits and business. We have had excellent time and impression of Almaty. Bon voyage!

In the typical multi-story buildings like this, rarely, you may hear some noise from the entrance on the first floor, but that's rare and takes some seconds, as neighbours usually are calm, kind and hospitable people.
