Great staff!! great food!! Amazing views very well looked after.

We stayed at Rita Cruise, was really great experience. We had the VIP suite and was ultra luxurious. The kayaking added more to the thrill for sure.
The veg options need to be worked upon surely, else everything was awesome. Had limited options for vegetarians. :(
even if the chef learns to prepare a few options, this will work wonders for vegetarian guests.

Amazing food, amazing crew, itinerary very well organised ... Loved the whole 3 days two nights on and off board.
Nothing to report. 😄

Meal, the variety of food selection, dinners serve in fine dining style.
Facilities like jacuzzi
-Triple room too small to occupy 3 adults
- lack of activity
- Overall organisation no good, a bit boring, especially the party time and night time, you have to find your own activities
4.3
Lovely big room. Amazing food. Staff was very accommodating and helpful from start to finish.
Our ‘jacuzzi tub’ was fine, but just a tub in a bathroom, and not a special HaLong Bay view. Would not splurge on that again. No morning yoga avail ‘since covid’, yet still heavily advertised.

Comfortable and affordable luxury with all you need to enjoy the amazing Halong Bay.
Halong Bay is definitely a place to put on your buckets list. Beautiful, serene, interesting, unique. Our cruise fantastic, friendly staff, comfortable, good excursions and more than ample food.
One of our party had dietary needs. they asked before and during trip but message just wasn’t followed through. Even after presenting food once and sending away, food came back with similar incorrect item a second time. I realise language is an issue but if they take the time to ask before and during, at least follow through. Not life threatening but a little annoying. Mainland booking agent followed for general feedback after cruise and was most apologetic.

We were family of four. The experience was excellent from the very begging. We were not easy (thank you Anna for your patience! ;)) with a lot of questions. We were picked up on time by a comfortable transport (better than others I saw on the way) and reached this beautiful, luxurious ship where we got a spacious cabin with big windows. Activities were very nice and the food and service was exquisite. We felt pampered by the crew on board. Big thanks to Happy and Alex. It was very sad to leave this beautiful ship...

Recommended by friends and booked this cruise at last minute but still had very fast support from operator staff via WhatsApp and we got the picked up next morning right at my hotel in Hanoi. The pick up charged extra fees of 35USD/ person for round trip and it worth by luxury limousine shuttle bus. The transfer took 2.5 hours to reach the harbor office for check-in procedure. Boarded the ship and had lunch after briefing. Lunch was really good. Then was followed by the guided activity (kayaking and Titov island). Titov island was crowded and the climb up the top of the island is manageable but some steps could be quite high. Dinner was so great also. Please noted that the drinks were just perfect in quality but not included but the prices were fine for us. Other activities like cooking class, sunset party, Taiichi exercises and kayaking were well arrange by cruise manager James.
Overall the experience was great and I think that the staff (especially Mr. Kenny and James) were professional and sincerely friendly. Thus we would highly recommend Alisa Premier cruise and hope our friends enjoy more chances with the Alisa

What an amazing way to spend Christmas 2022. We did the 2 night, 3 day cruise. The perfect way to see Halong Bay. The staff were beyond amazing, very helpful and attentive. The food was 5 star. Great Itinerary, we saw lots but also had some downtime. The room with the jacquzzi and balcony was STUNNING. Room was plenty big enough and all the amenities that you need.

The cruise was a bit rundown

Halong Bay was beautiful and our driver was lovely from pickup in Old Quarter. Staff were lovely. They heated up dinner for me when I was sick and had to miss it.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience as others. The most confusing thing (same complaint as other reviews) was they gave us a different room to the photos. This has never happened before in any hotel. When we asked James, the onboard manager; he said don’t worry about the photos - the senior suite just means it includes the bath and balcony. They justified by saying they gave us a bigger balcony
on a higher level (we didn’t need a bigger balcony - the boat had a lovely deck). Our balcony had also had two big,
noisy air conditioning fans.
We specifically chose a room with a walk in shower to prevent injuries as my partner has an injured ankle and we were after a door with a glass door.
Blinds in our room were also broken so the deck light came in really brightly. We couldn’t sleep well and missed breakfast and the cave the next morning as we were too tired.
We understand the room looks a bit older than photos but it looked like they gave us a rag for the bath mat. Bathrobe was also just crumpled in the wardrobe.
Expected more from a luxury cruise.

the ship was in very good conditions, the staff was very nice. all the activities were on time.
i think they should have some western food options, the menu had a lot of seafood and you can see foreign turists sometimes didnt eat everything. They could offer in advance some options. Nevertheless, i asked for other options and they were very kind to cook some for me.
i think is pricy but the Halong bay is worth it.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! The perfect way to see Ha Long Bay! The staff were beyond helpful and attentive. One waiter was very switched on and made sure we were never without a drink in our hand! Lots of activities on board.
English speaking host made sure as the only English guests on board we received information seperately in English. We were confused at times such as during the kayaking as we were not given information about how long we could go kayaking or the best spots. Check out times the next night was at 12pm, so our stay was only 24 hours and we expected it to be longer.

room was nice
staff were friendly
good itinerary of activities
set menu included too much seafood
meal times were very loud (children running, screaming)
large family groups were very loud

Wonderful trip with 5-star service cruise. Helpful advice and always in connection with Ms.Nancy from beginning of this trip. Thanks to her, booking and payment were simplified as well as all activities were updated promptly.
All crews are very friendly and ready to help you enjoy your trip.

Food was excellent. The service was awesome and the itinerary was perfect. The drinks were affordable.
The balcony of senior suite cabin dint had the greatest of views as it was at the back of the boat. The views were nice though it was misty through out the time.

Alisa Premier Cruise was simply amazing. Halong Bay is one of the most beatiful places on this planet and cruising through the bay on the beautiful Alisa Premier boat is the best way to experience it. Everything on the boat was 5 star during the whole 3 day trip. The staff go the extra mile to make you feel special. So young and friendly, yet so professional. Sales exec Ann Pham made the whole booking process very easy. Once booked on Booking.com she provided all the necessary instructions regarding payment etc. She even checked if we had successfully made it to the harbour as we were travelling independently.
Everything was just perfect!!!
