Well surrounded by luscious jungle forest with a breathtaking view of the mountains and sunset from your backyard terrace with personal hammock. Magnificent wooden cabins that show the meticulous craftsmanship of hand built Italian architecture and design. King size bed with memory foam allows for refreshing nights to get up in the morning ready for fun and excitement. Well equipped kitchen with unlimited Costa Rican style coffee made with traditional "Coffee Sock" or "Pour Over Coffee Maker" gives you the charge you need to have a full day of activities. But be careful, it can be hot. Cannot finish the review without preaching about the incredible, top-notch hosts, Bruno and Kristina. Get ready for a warm welcome and gracious hosting, always ready to help you with your needs or with planning activities. Our trip wasn't the same without them.

Gorgeous property located in a beautiful, quite location in the hills in Montezuma. Spacious rooms with good bathroom and lovely decor. The owners Kristina and Bruno are so lovely and so helpful. Great value for money, would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a hard review to write so I'll keep it short. I enjoyed the view and the beautiful room. I appreciated the owners initial friendliness and accommodation of my early check-in. I'm a Superhost on Airbnb and consider myself very particular when it comes to cleaning and customer service, so perhaps I'm being picky but there were 4 pieces of long hair in different places on the shower walls. I debated telling the owners but I decided against it because not everyone is as particular as I am. The owners seem like free spirits and I appreciate that! However, I was shocked to come back to the Casitas from town on my first night and one of the owners was clearly deeply under the influence. He was slurring his words and unsteady on his feet. He walked me back to my casita because it was dark out - a nice gesture - and kissed me on my hand. Were he not under the influence this would have been less creepy. What I will remember for a long time is my feeling of being bullied and confronted in 2 texts and an 11 minute incoming phone call regarding the details of my departure. Clearly we had a misunderstanding regarding the day and time of my departure and I felt shamed and beaten up that my communication had not been better in their eyes. I did not feel heard or understand and could not find evidence that they were making any effort toward either of these things. I hung up in tears and called my girlfriend.
