It's only steps to the beach with a nice pool and gym

Amazing property and location. From check-in to check-out, communiction was outstanding and made our visit worry free. Beach, Pool and Restaurant’s in the area were fantastic. Would have stayed another week if we could. Would highly recommend 100%.

I enjoyed staying on this property with my daughter for a few days over the Thanksgiving weekend! Communication was great with the hosts, the apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has the basic cookware and utensils, so it was great to be able to make a couple of meals. I wish we had used the nice pool and the gym but we were too busy at the beach! The only thing I was disappointed is that there is no view of the beach, but you are steps away from the pool and beach. The cafe restaurant on the property was great. The check in process is not difficult but there are a few steps you must go through and if you have a vehicle get a pass. Note: The registration office closes at 5pm.

It was great staying at this place! Love the beach views and accessibility to everything.

Ana is an excellent host. She made sure we have everything we need. It was a very pleasant experience. We like this place and will definitely return there again.

We got there soon before checking time, I communicated with the person in charge and they were so easy to explain the process. The place is located on the first floor of a nice resort right on the beach. The pool was not crowded so you can choose between swimming on the ocean or staying at the pool. Is a good location if you want to just chill there or if you want to just drive places to get to know the city. Walmart is 10 min walk or 3 min drive, so don't stress if need anything.

The condo itself was as pictured but not as clean as other places we have stayed. The center was clean but there was soil in the corners, the side of the refridgerator was soiled. Also the condo itself is not on the beach as the description says. it faces a wall and the parking. The condo building is facing the beach but the description of the unit on VBRO says apartment on the beach. The check in process took almost 1 1/2 hours The big disappointment however was with the complex itself, not with the unit. The hallways were dark and did not appear to be clean, to get to the unit you had to walk through a dungeon like area. It was impossible to get a chair at the pool. People came out very early in the morning and placed towels on chairs to reserve hem and then left for hours. There were signs that said you could not reserve chairs and towels would e removed after 30 minutes but management did not enforce this. to get a chair, we would sit on the ground by the pool wait 30 minutes and if no one came to a chair, we would remove the towels and hang them over the sign. we would then drag the chairs to another location to avoid confrontation If those who put the towels down finally showed up. A stressful way to start the day. The area itself has lots of bars and restaurants and the Hollywood Broadwalk was a good place for a stroll. We would not stay here again however, not because of the apartment but maimly because of the unattractiveness of the complex hallways and indorr areas, the awful check in process and the towel problem as the pool

Very nice place to stay. Check in process was a little confusing but once that was done we had a very nice time! Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is clean and relatively modern. Some issues to be aware of: 1. There AT&T mobile service is extremely poor inside the apartment. You can barely catch 2 bars near the windows and none whatsoever inside the rooms 2. The private patio is facing the parking lot which may be very awkward. 3. The bathroom shower is the weird waterfall model where the water is pouring from the bathroom ceiling. There is no handheld shower head, so it is impossible to take a shower without getting your hair wet.

This place was pretty much perfect. Great location right on the beach and the condo was just how it looked in the photos. Located in a nice, safe area too, so much within walking distance or a short Uber ride which made this place even better. Ana is an amazing host as well and made sure we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay!!
