Good location

Smaller than I expected

The apartment is right in the center and located close to the old town. It’s in the perfect spot for a visit to Colmar. Everything you need is in the apartment. Vincent has thought of everything! He was a fantastic host and his place really made us feel at home. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!

the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. we had everything we needed. the location is amazing, everything you need to see is max 10 min away. we had a small problem checking in but the owner was so nice and he did his best to compensate for it.

house rules were a bit overwhelming. late check in time, very early check out, cleaning after, removing sheets, taking trash out, managing too many keys (maybe good for security but it made our life harder)

After a little kerfuffle at the beginning ( I had requested a different check in time and I found the booking.com site a bit confusing in whether or not the property got the message and were aware) Joseph appeared very quickly once I called him. The property was very nice and in an excellent area, within walking distance of the old city, which was a must. Traffic is not meant to be in old town Colmar! Joseph had put water, orange juice, coffee and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We were able to securely park our vehicle and there was also a supermarket close by for milk etc. The appartment was very clean and had decent wifi.

My French is not great, but I think it was necessary to speak some, or Deutsch. So you may have to use lots of hand motions if language is a challenge!
