Regina B&B was charming, immaculate and flawlessly maintained. Our host, Phillipo was exceptionally welcoming and very concerned that our stay was everything we wanted it to be. He helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and had one of his staff take us to buy tickets and then lead us to the bus stop for our visit to Villa Adriana. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. There was a delightful roof top terrace with great views.

Room was very clean and spacious. Location was great, short walk from the station Breakfast was at a local cafe, great coffee and pastries Our host Filippo was amazing, what a character, very helpful, loved him!!

One of the highlights of our 3-week trip. Philippo was an incredible host with perfect recommendations for dinner. We loved the morning market and florist that was set up each morning in the town square. At night there was live music there. Villa d' Este, Villa Gregoriana and Hadrian's Villa are a must see. We will go back to Tivoli and when we do, we will stay at the Regina again. We loved Venice, Rome, Sorrento, Capri, Como. But of all the amazing locations, we would live in Tivoli. Thank you Philippo for the great room, delicious breakfast and your friendly personality. We all felt as though we'd have all become good friends if we'd had stayed a few more days. We will see you again one day soon.

The location was excellent. A 10 minute walk from the train station, and even less to Villad’este and Villa Gregoriana.Both worth visiting. Fillipo was very helpful and arranged bus tickets to Villa Adriana and supper reservations. It was a very enjoyable stay👍😊

Filipo was a fantastic host. He welcomed us with generosity and a clear understanding of our interests. He proactively made reservations for us at Ristorante Sibilla (easily the best and most significant spot in Tivoli). He shared, with pride, his family history in the location of the B&B. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Tivoli.

Fillipo went way beyond what we expected - he was friendly, amusing and very helpful........and guided us on how best to enjoy Tivoli, including dinner at Sibilla, a fantastic experience where the food matched the atmospherics - ancient Roman ruins - absolutely stunning! Fillipo gave up his own time to make sure we got the best out of our stay - we highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Regina and our host, Fillipo, made sure that we were all well taken care of. When I come back to Tivoli I will look forward to another stay!

Great location - right in the city center. Very friendly and helpful owner. Located in a historic building. Amazing rooftop. 5 minutes away from the parking lot.

We really liked our host who was very kind and helpful. The bnb was on a lovely square and the rooms were well maintained, clean and comfortable.

We were so lucky to have the last two rooms available in Tivoli. Filippo took care of us from the moment we booked the room. Immediately responded to a message and made a table reservation at a beautiful restaurant that evening. He greeted us upon arrival, assisted us with our luggage, and guided us on where to park etc. The rooms, the roof top terrace and the breakfast room were really charming and care to every detail. The breakfast was really cozy and consisted of an Italian breakfast, coffee, croissant and more on a divinely beautiful porcelain. Everything was up to 10 and then some so in all Filippo gets 12 out of 10 possible. We could be more precise in our description but we are going to leave a little unexpected for those guests who are lucky enough to stay with Filippo. Thank you for taking care of us dear Filippo - you made our stay in Tivoli unforgettable :)

This has to be the best place in Tivoli and I know you won't find a better host anywhere.......period. We have never stayed at a place with the host so dedicated to you having a great experience. He is extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely will book this place again.

Overall we had everything we needed for a lovely weekend in Tivoli. The property’s location is perfect for exploring Villa d’Este and other attractions in the old town. Filippo the owner was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable, including getting us reservations at the best restaurant in Tivoli. I wish we would have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do in the area. The rooms were great and the bathrooms the best we experienced during our entire trip.

An easy but slighly uphill walk from secure car park. Philippo helped, though, so no worries. Room is in an excellent location and host is made available.

AC a little weak, but breeze was great and when we mentioned AC to host at checkout, he wished we had reported doiner and will get adjusted.

We would highly recommend this hotel as the service was top-notch. The ower was so friendly and helpful that you could not expect more. He not only knew our names, but even showed and led us to the bus to visit a sight. The room and the whole hotel has the spirit of the history related to the area. The room has good air-conditioning, is cleaned and taken care of properly. There is also a roof garden which reveals the beauty of Tivoli. Modernizm combined with the breath of history will leave you satisfied during your stay. Thank you, Filipe, for a wonderful stay! Perfecto! Grazie! Ačiū!

Bathroom was so clean we thought it was brand new ! The breakfast was a very pleasant time shared with Philippo and we also could manage to bring our takeaway dinner in the guest room. Instructions and reservation follow up were clear and very efficient.

Beautiful room with antique furniture, a modern comfortable bathroom and a very nice view on a perfect location in the middle of the old centre of Tivoli. The host Philippo is the best; very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was fresh and very good.

Filippo, the host was fantastic! He helped us with everything, from booking a table at the best restaurant to bringing us to the bus stop and preparing a lovely breakfast with fresh pie from the market!

Our stay was for only one night, and it was an excellent choice. This was our 6th trip to Italy, so we have had many stays at various facilities large and small. We are not fans of large hotels. We prefer smaller properties with attentive owners when available. The owner (Filippo) was friendly, exceptionally helpful and very sure that he met our every expectation. He made excellent dining recommendations, based on our requests. The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast consisted of nice fresh fruits and pastries. Our room overlooked the main piazza of Tivoli. In the morning, the piazza had a produce market featuring local vendors. All of the main attractions of Tivoli were within easy walking distance. Perfect stop for a one day visit away from hectic Rome.
