A great apartment in a good location in the old parts of Tivoli. The breakfast was nice Italian style. Our kids said that the hot chocolate was the best they have ever tasted.

We had a small issues of inconvenience without a car and Paola was exceptional in his support and understanding.Not only did he allow us to hold our bags until we had a pickup, which was way past our departure time, he helped to carry our luggage to the car which was down the main street. We are very grateful for his understanding Thank you very much Paola. You are a lifesaver.

Room was nice and peacefull. Little kitchen was a good surprise!

Breakfast was not so good. To much sugar, bread was low quality, some served eggs would be nice.

stairs for elderly are a bit difficult

I loved the stuff. People were very friendly and welcoming. The food was great. The bed and wifi was also very good.

There wasn't elevator and no parking. And the contacts in the wall didn't match the European plugs.

After a month in Rome, I had a break and went to Tivoli for the day. I stayed overnight here. I got a lovely break in enjoying the air conditioned bedroom. In Italy's summer heat, this was joyous! The actual apartment is closer to Pope Greg's Park than Villa d'Est but both are close enough and Pope Greg's Park is fabulous in the summer heat!

The bed was soggy and the pillow too hard, although that was later changed. the breakfast was very basic although Italian breakfasts are known to be sweet cakes and unhealthy. Two flights of stairs without lift may be an issue for some guests although the B&B owner was very helpful with carrying luggage.

The address goven by Booking.com was wrong and entailed unnecessary lugging of duitcases up steep streets.

I had a wonderful stay at al seminario! The staff were so friendly and Emanuela instantly made me feel so welcome! I arrived in the evening and so met the owners to check in at their restaurant next door. I ended up having dinner there too which was absolutely delicious and got to know owner Paolo. He was great with all his guests as was the lovely waitress! My room itself was more than I expected with a great en-suite, television, large double bed, desk and open wardrobe. While I would have loved to sample breakfast, I slept in and unfortunately did not get the chance. When I checked out they allowed me to store my luggage with them for the day while I ventured to visit the beautiful and historic villas of Tivoli. I also got the pleasure of meeting their lovely daughter Emmastella who taught me how to count and say colours in Italian, and gave me very helpful directions. Grazie mille Emmastella! Finally, as a solo female traveller in my early twenties, I felt so safe during my stay at Al Seminario and would highly recommend staying there to all!

The location is in the city centre. There is a parking space nearby, you pay around 1 euro for 3 hours. The room is spacious and overall I guess it's a good value for money.

The bathroom was very smelly. There was a loud noise after using the toilet. The place was hard to find (and few indications were given about how to reach the place).

Great location, excellent breakfast, kind hosts, great to have two rooms next to each other for a family of 4. Lots to do nearby and great restaurants. Free parking 10 minutes away. Thank you for a great stay!

a bit dated "vintage" facility but clean and functional, we were very happy with everything including easy check in and free parking so worth it.

What I like is that its quite, and clean.

There was no bin after our fist night somebody who entered our room took it and did not put it again.(The bad thing is that there is no lift) ---------------------------‐--

This place couldn´t be more central and easy to find. Perfect for visiting Tivoli and also for going out in the evening, places to eat and visit are really close. Safe, clean (important in these pandemic times) and extremly helpful owner and staff. The room was simple but practical, and not tiny, so perfect for me.
