Clean, the living area will comfortable, good size and comfortable bed. Great location when we managed to get our bearings. Breakfast included and convenient

The bed was on a mezzanine floor and the sloped ceiling meant that you had to lean over to get round. I found the steps to the mezzanine difficult.

There was no owner at the check in. We were approved for an early check in but the rooms were not ready, neither the cleaning lady was advised. The facility was not properly cleaned and we found lots of ants in our breakfast 😬.

Perfect location in a picturesque little street in the old town. Room is clean and cozy. A little confusion with check in was solved quickly, host is very friendly.

wonderful shower with endless hot water, great breakfast with so many choices, the room was very clean, nice big room and very close to lots of sights/restuarants/shops

unfortunately the guests staying in the room above us were extremely loud until 3am, scraping furniture and yelling, it was impossible to sleep until they finally passed out. Our host was super kind about it and was very sympathetic. Not her fault at all but just be warned if you are on a lower floor you may hear some loud neighbor noises.

Diana, the host, is a sweetheart. We were received very friendly and felt right at home. The rooms/ apartments were very clean, comfy and spacious. Breakfast was small but more than enough :) The location is great, everything is within walking distance! The B&B is a hidden gem. Were definitely coming back!

Diana who met us was very helpful in getting us oriented. Quality was adequate for the price.

It would be helpful to have drinking cups on hand, suitably sterilized of course! An extra blanket is needed on these colder nights. Better coffee would appreciated.

Location, the receiving area is clean, organized and aromatic. Room is spacious and well lit. Bathroom room is spacious too with awesome shower 🚿. I slept well with air-conditioner at my preferred temperature. Recommendable. Diana is very accommodating.and helpful

The breakfast was very nice, not fancy but quite adequate. Plenty of juice, fruit, croissants, crostini etc. The location was excellent. Walking distance to Villa D’Este, shopping, train and restaurants.

The only thing I found difficult was that the B and B was at the top of a very steep hill. Cars without a permit were not allowed to use. It was quite difficult to carry luggage without help. Once you reached your destination, everything was great.

Clean, spacious and comfortable especially for the old building it is in (once you climb 3 steep staircases with the luggage). The views from the roofs level of the medieval town was spectacular. Everything in the vroom was new and working

It's far away from any restaurant or shop and in the lower part of the old town with steep and narrow passages. Walking anywhere was tiresome. Driving those narrow medieval streets would be a suicide. We booked with car trip in mind but I'm glad we came by train. Kitchen had no equipment (no plates or glasses even). There was a fridge and microwave standing on s desk with a sink in it. It's in the lower part of the town and far from restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was nice, not fancy but adequate. Plenty of food. The location was fantastic. Close to Villa Este and the center of town. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again.

Everything great!!! The only drawback for us was that certain vehicles could not come up to the B and B during certain hours. The street was closed to certain vehicles. A very steep hill to carry luggage.
