Everything! I would recommend this lovely property to anyone coming to Tivoli. The owner, Simone, was wonderful. We were a last minute booking and he came immediately to the property and checked us in and gave us good advice on which sites to visit in what order as well as options for where to eat etc. The room we had was so clean, the beds very comfortable and the shower was the best we’ve had in Italy. ( The liquid soap was also gorgeous)! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious served upstairs in a room overlooking Tivoli. The location of this property was perfect and the quaint town of Tivoli was quiet and not full of tourists. In the future we will always stay at Al Palazzetto and just take the train in to Tome for day trips. This was our favourite host and property in Italy.

I like everything from the fantastic check in. Simone couldn't make it to greet us so he organized all procedure sent to our phone. Room very clean . We also get a nice upgrade. So Ancora grazie. Room very clean and we'll looked after. Nice comfortable and silent. Very well located in the center of Tivoli with an easy access to find carpark near at one minute walking distance. The place is 4 min away from villa Este. One of the most beautiful garden in Italy. Thank you once again for a beautifull stay Sebastien and alice

Lost the door codes to get in and no reply from numbers outside the building. Had we not back tracked and found the card we would have been locked out all night

The property is charming and cosy! The owner is awesome hard worker, always willing to help til last minute! The train station is at walking distance and the facilities were very clean every day. I would definitely come back!

Very well located in Tivoli city centre. Satisfactory overall, nice atmosphere, excellent breakfast.

It took a bit for the room to warm up on a rather cold day. Some furnishing could do with an update considering the money charged for 1 night (≈£100). No wardrobe.

Absolutely stunning. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room with excellent linens. I felt like I was in the Italian Renaissance! Delicious breakfast, superb location and quiet too.

Location is great, room was very large and communication by the staff were great. Suite has the wow factor.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, had to resort to sleeping on the couch. Aircon very noisy and doesn’t do much to cool. Bathtub is the room is a great thought but nothing to actually put in the bath and it takes too long to run the water.

Great location in town, we walked from the Tivoli train station. Simone was excellent helping us with restaurants and what to do. Room was clean and comfortable.

the breakfast could have had more options, meeds better lighting in hallways, for the price it felt that there could have been some small extras like an espresso maker in the room etc.

Our room was huge and immaculate. The staff were very helpful, recommended, and booked for us, the most amazing restaurant (Sibilla-jaw dropping), and guided us to the b & b from the parking lot.

It was great. AC a little noisy, but that's not a deal breaker for the rest of it.

Simone is an excellent host; he provided first class service by making dinner reservations for our family group of 9 at an excellent restaurant. He also pulled some strings to arrange for taxi service for all of uas s to the train station. He made our stay in Tivoli extra special.

Simone, the host, was really helpful to us. We arrived late and we got stuck in the city’s rush hour with a navigation that wasn’t working. He was kind enough to come with his scooter and guide us to the hotel. He also arranged a reservation to a very nice restaurant in town with the best view. The breakfast was delicious. Al palazzetto is a nicely designed B+B and Simone made our stay in Tivoli very pleasant and memorable.

It is difficult to park close to the B+B. The host helped us though with clear information for where to park.

Great location in the center of town. Staff (Simone) was very helpful, even taking us to the SIM card store nearby and then following up to help resolve some issues we had with phone activation!

It’s very nice! For those with mobility limitations, be aware that it’s a walk-up…. breakfast is on the top floor (nice view), 3 floors above ground level. Pay parking was at Piazza Massimo, about 350m walk.

Al Palazzetto was very charming, beautiful room and cozy bed, the location is ideal and the host Daniele was very helpful and reachable. Definitely recommend staying here!
