Staff if superfriendly, all of my extra requests were satisfied. They have great pool and sauna. I highy recommend this place.
Breakfast could have been better, it is the same food everyday, but there are place close to hotel that offer great food. Location in industrial zone, but it will save great amount of time when travelling to airport.

This time I got a king bed.
Comfortable nice bed.
They didn't have a bell-boy in the morning, and I needed to go to the airport.
The receptionist was annoyed at me for asking him to help me with my luggage when I checked out, and I had told him I need help with my luggage.
I waited 15 minutes, then he looks at me and asked me where is my luggage?!
I told him I gave you the cards for check-out and asked you for help with my luggage.
He gave me a loud sigh and told me he is on his own.
I told him I cannot bring my luggage down by myself, and I need a trolley.
He was very rude.

It’s away from city with not very good connectivity.
Whoever designed/ approved the finishes was heavy influenced by oriental kitsch ... The bathroom ,though big wasn’t designed properly, single robe hook above toilet… little annoying things like carpet with a patch missing. The biggest problem was-finding a taxi/ bolt returning to hotel ( most drivers avoid this area it seems,as they wouldn’t get a customer for the return leg)

The location is a bit far, its could be counted as both the good and bad part about this hotel.
Good so that its away from the city centre traffic / crowd. Bad that it takes a bit of time to get to the city. However you can easily get taxis/ bolts for for less than 5 USD to the city.
The rooms are VERY spacious. The breakfast is not the best but its okay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family (with parents/ kids), as its very popular among bachelor tourists and for them to party and have fun.

Friendly staff. 24 h room service and lobby bar even though not many people in the hotel. The hotel is large. Pool and sauna is ok.
Air freshener is used everywhere in the hotel which is somewhat annoying.

Pool was nice
- Restaurant - tomato soup was terrible, overall food seemed to be not fresh, asked to replace or return - they refused and charged me anyway.
- Room was super cold, heating was not working
- Shower water temperature had issues, it was super hot or super cold, and sometimes the temperature changed by itself.
Overall bad experience, there are hotels with the same price range that are much better.
