The location of this apartment is fantastic, short walking distance to everything. The street it's on is lively. There are great views from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed. The host was excellent and very informative of the area. Could not recommend more and would definitely return if staying in nice again.

Host was great, welcoming and willing to meet us at another time than appointed because of flight delay. Everything was explained well and i think for this value in Nice you cannot find anything better in terms of acommodation. Very reasonable price for such location and all the facilities provided. Great experience, will surely return once in Nice.

The most perfect location in all of Nice. Central to all the transportation (tram stop 50m away, Nice-Ville Train station only a 10 minute walk), airport only a 15 min drive, Old Nice only a 10 minute walk also. Beach proximity is amazingly close. Bathroom was clean and tidy, whole room was very neat. Washer & dryer also helped with a longer stay. The most perfect accomodation in my experience and would happily recommend to family and friends and anyone else.

The apartment was spacious with an en suite bathroom. It was very clean. The kitchen area was well equipped. There was sufficient bedding and towels. There was a range of cleaning equipment, ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc should they be required. The room also had air conditioning. The host was very welcoming and had provided a range of drinks in the fridge.

I would have preferred an ordinary bed to a sofa bed.

The apartment was small but had everything we needed.

It is a great apartments in the heart of Nice. The nearest beach is a 7-minute walk through the central square and a pleasant park. The host is friendly, can answer on a lot of questions and can give an advice . I recommend this apartments!

Everything was okay!

The host was very pleasant and caring. The location is great as well. The train station is near enough to walk to, two tram lines and bus stop are a very short walk away and using public transport was a breeze. Also old town and beach both are just a short walk away. There is a supermarket nearby aswell. The studio itself suprised us with a comfortable bed despite it being the unfoldable sofa (it has a proper comfortable bed matress so its more like a bed that folds into a sofa). Everything was clean and we had everything we needed (kitchinette, washer dryer etc.). AC is a must in summer and it worked perfectly. The house itself felt safe and clean. Perfect place to stay for a week for a couple, especially if you are ready for exploration of the riviera without a car. Cannot comment about the parking since we traveled by trains/busses.

In season the street downstairs can get pretty loud at the evening. It is not too much issue since the studio has a very good sound isolation and we were provided with earplugs (which we did not need). It is not a fault of the apartment, but light sleepers just aware.
