NO BEDSIDE LIGHT. Tatty furniture. Cheap mattress. that gave no support and in which you could feel the springs. Torn bath towel. Torn and stained duvet cover. Stained carpet. NO BEDSIDE LIGHT.

nice property with a professional staff. Clean and big rooms and the sweet smell all around. Lots of food points and recreational options near by.

Well mannered staff all the time, free on site parking 24/7, big rooms with clean bathrooms. Free wifi and small kitchen inside every room and an attractive smell all around.

Everything, staff were rude and shouted at me, the room was dirty, stunk of fags, windows didn’t close properly, interjoining door to other room which didn’t lock, stains on pillows, holes in walls, broken couch

I did not like anything, absolutely should not be advertising this location. You need pay more attention to reviews on travelling sites such as Trip Advisor before promoting properties such as this, you are putting your customers at risk. I would think it disgraceful if some sort of compensation/refund is not discussed

The room stunk of cigarette smoke, was nothing like the photos. The location was terrible and unsafe, I didn't feel safe staying there so left for other accommodation. I was informed that the property has been subject to police attention regular for a whole host of wrong doings.

The price and location were great. In terms of the location, there are plenty of food choices. If you're a coffee or tea drinker, there's a tea place on site. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful and accommodating.

The downsides were that there was this constant buzzing that could be heard all day and all night from my room. The only way that I was able to get any sleep was by wearing noise cancelling earphones which I've never had to do before. The mattress was very thin and directly underneath it was a plank of wood. So the bed was not necessarily comfortable, but I've had worse. I couldn't turn on all of the lights in the room without a different high pitch sound being made that was really uncomfortable to hear for too long and impossible to ignore. So I kept that light off, which is a shame too because the lighting was nice with that switch. Overall, if you're booking the apartment for leisure, it's passable. Whereas if you're booking the apartment if you're on a business trip and have to be up early in the morning and you would prefer to have a good night's sleep. Then unfortunately this apartment may not be suitable for that.
