they charged us £50 for late checkout because we waited to give the keys to the cleaners as the box was too difficult to work. Booking.com promised to address this but have not done so.

One key was missing in the locker at check-in… Nobody was answering the phone… A real Nightmare + Boiler not connected… No hot Water !

The location

No hot water in the main bathroom, washing machine did not work, the second bathroom sink and kitchen sink water was not draining and the second bedroom door did not shut due to they way the beds were placed. Stayed 4 nights, the communal area was never cleaned, rubbish and dust everywhere.

Lot of complaints. No hot water for shower/bath. Leaking washing machine whole kitchen under water. Light above stove and lid of the garbage bin was broken. Send a lot of messages but communication was very difficult, four different persons. Two different email adresses. No whatsapp. Problems were not solved during our stay. No excuse or empathy regarding our complaints. Thank you sir we will forward it to our maintenance department. Worst customer experience and no value for our money.

Good standard of cleanliness.

Far too many emails. 18 is excessive plus one text. The need for a security deposit and actually having to state my age. When I got that far I began to regret my booking before I’d left home!

Clean Apartment easy instructions with parking too.

The outside bins allocated to the apartment we booked were not emptied overflowing with previous tenant's rubbish. Therefore we could not do as instructed in the booklet of the recycling and refuse rubbish. We contacted the company and they informed us to use other bins. So we did

Very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. had pretty much everything we needed.

the beds were not comfortable. also would have been nice to have instructions for using the stove and radiators as we are not from England.

Location is good, 3 minutes walk to Marston centre for buying food in the co-op., 1 minute walk to bus stop and then 7 minutes bus to city centre. Nice kitchen. Delicious pananini in the cafe.

A big garage station is just 10 feet from the window of the bedroom of flat 2. There were a lot of garage there when I came and more and more garage came everyday but no one clear them until we left. Noisy in the early morning, 6:30am. Single bedroom is very small.

Sofas not that comfortable, 5 of us stayed but we couldn’t all sit at the table, the collection of overflowing rubbish out the front looked horrible.

Convenient for bus into the city centre.

The property was located next to a busy road. To the front there were all of the dustbins for the apartments, spilling over with discarded electrical items. The apartment was much smaller than anticipated. The single room only just fitted a small single bed. There is a paved outside area and it’s is such a shame it is just left to go to weeds as it could be a great bonus. There is nowhere to sit outside. The double bedroom was fine. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. The aerial appeared to be split between a number of properties. There was a terrible smell of drains and presumably this was ongoing as there was a bottle of drain unblocker in the cupboard. We managed to deal with this ourselves. One of the knobs on the hob was broken. The skirting fell off when we walked by. It was all just a bit tired and miserable and not like the photos. I did contact a member of the team as I couldn’t access an email with the access code in and she was very helpful. She also offered help re the drains. When I couldn’t find bedding she also helped abs that is appreciated. This isn’t somewhere I would choose, with hindsight, to come with family but perhaps it is more aimed at people passing through on business.

Clean and tidy place, very close to shops.

There was too much light coming in the master bedroom. It made it hard to sleep in the early morning, because the sun rose about 5am. Need curtains in the master room.

The apartment was a very good size and in great location, close to shops, amenities and the local bus route into Oxford. The apartment was also very clean and the kitchen was well equipped

The host company did not send me all of the information prior to check-in, i did not receive the pre-check in online form which lead to us being stood outside the building with an incorrect code for the lock box for the keys. When i phoned the company they kept trying to say it was my fault that i hadn't completed the pre-check in form. They emailed me the form, which i completed on my phone whilst standing outside the building. They then kept insisting that they needed me to send them a copy or photo of a photo ID and a bill with my address on it, i kept trying to explain that i didn't have a bill as i was outside their building and not at home! After an hour on the phone in the blazing heat they agreed to take a photo of my provisional drivers licence. This experience definitely put a damper on the weekend! Once in the apartment there were just a couple of niggles - the support for the shower head in the ensuite was broken was i had to hold the shower head in my hand when i had a shower. If someone was running a bath in the main bathroom, you couldn't get hot water to run in the ensuite shower. The apartment could also benefit from a few more bins - maybe one in each of the bedrooms or bathroom as the only bin for the whole apartment was in the kitchen.

good location close to shops and fast food.

This property needs a deep clean. It needs better pillows and a new mattress on sofa bed. It also needs cleaning outside. This property should not have been let with a broken toilet.

Very close to supermarket and park

This is my second stay at the same property. Good location. Property well equipped with the basic necessities. Good support from the team at Platinum Pillows - extractor fan was not working and problem rectified the next day. Spacious accommodation for a family of 5.

No clarity regarding waste clearance. Food waste bin was not available. Recycle waste bin was already full with non-recycle waste. Extractor fan in the kitchen not effective.

Location ok for our needs.

In our experience maintenance of apartment could have been better.Was surprised beds didn’t have mattress protectors especially during this difficult COVID 19 time.
