Nice apartment with lovely views over the sea front. Nice balcony with lovely view. Sitting room and kitchen area all good.

I found the bedroom rather claustrophobic without a window with any view at all. It is covered up. It was noisy at nightime outside on the seafront but that is to be expected in peak season July.

Beautiful sea view, big apartment with living room+bedroom, big bathroom, Washing maschine was great plus. Parking behind the building, place on city center.

The location was excellent right on the beach area with lots of restaurants. Only issue is it was Carnival time and I didn't get a lot of sleep due to the partying but that was my fault. I didn't realize it was Carnival weekend. The views were great and it was well-located to see the town. There's a bus tour of the area across the street which turned out to be a great tour.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I had to take my sheets out to the living room and sleep on one of the twin bed sofas there.

No breakfast. There was nothing in the refrigerator or fresh fruit left as a welcoming gesture as I have found at all the Booking.com accommodations. There were 2 small bottles of water on the counter.

Our sheets were never changed the entire time we were there. Also, the noise from the “city view “ was deafening loud making it impossible to hear or enjoy sitting on the small terrace. The view from there was of a parking lot and dumpsters.

Great view from the balcony! The flat had all facilities, including oven, washing machine and stove.

A bit noisy since from the nearby pubs. However, the bedroom was on the other side of the flat so it was not a problem

Location and view. The person who was in contact via WhatsApp was nice, "the manager" was a complete disaster.

At the end the manager came to give us back deposit of 30eur which we left for the access to parking. He was checking everything - amount of towels, amount of plug converters, looking in every corner. We left the apartment clean and tidy, we didn't take anything. Then he looked at the plastic cards which served as keys and saw than was was little bended, in any way not broken, was working good. He took it, broke it into 2 pieces and said we owe him 10eur for this!!!! He only gave us back 20 eur from the deposit which was for completely other thing!!!! He didn't understand what we say to him and he was rude and unfriendly..... It was ridiculous. The sink in the apartment was stuck, in general the cleanliness was not on the best level, there was no warm water for 1 day, it was in general noisy during the night even though it's off season. The smell in the living room was only gone when you got used to it or had windows open all the time. It is an apartment that should be renovated. The paint falls down from the ceiling on the balcony.... And really the worse of the worse is how we were treated by "the manager".... Not recommended....

When I arrived Harris, the owner, was waiting for me, he opened the gate to park the car, and he took me to the flat, he showed me all the amenities etc. then he sat down with me and shared a Pepsi Max, it seemed that I knew him for long time like, when I have that sensation, for my mind that indicates that the host knows what is hospitality. THE FLAT: clean, spacious, with everything you need if you want to stay longer, it’s not the most quiet but there is a reason, it’s facing the sea and the main road, I slept like a baby!! If you are light sleeper you should request something on the backside. LOCATION: in middle of everything, there are plenty of Mini Markets open until late, they are bit pricey, less than ten minutes drive and there are some big supermarkets. Thank you Harris for your hospitality, I will definitely will be back.

Location are perfect. THE BEST, easy to find.

Cleanless - Towels and blankets was so old. Bed not comfy, Dishes chould again washed. And when you arrival meet you not friendly men, nothing to say. Just money. And deposit - you dont trust your clients and everyting cheching after you leaving, omg so bad, we dont need your dissapointing towels ar knifes you know.

Localization - vis a vis Finikudes 2 minutes by walk to the beach, bus stop to the Airport and Larnaca, Pafos, Limassol, Nicosia ora Ayia Napa. Close to the beautiful Harbor and St. Lazarus church. U can choose an apartment with a sea view. Great contact with the owner.

The apartment should be refreshed.

I really loved the location: 1 minute to the beach, very close to restaurants and our baby's trolley fitted really easily in the elevator. Also, we received great recommendations for restaurants (local food and seafood) and they really had delicious food.

The bedroom was really quiet, but in the living room you could hear the street noise pretty well, especially on Saturday night.

Was right on the waterfront , great view and all you needed was around .

The location is simply perfect, right by the Finikoudes beach promenade, so you have plenty of bars, restaurants and kiosks close. The apartment seemed bit old but still it was clean and all the appliances worked well (specially the AC which is very important given the Cyprus weather). Also good Wifi connection and plenty of Greek language channels on the TV. The check-in was easy, I was greeted by the landlord who showed me and explained me about the apartment. My apartment was facing the back of the building so obviously the views were not the best but at least at night it was very quiet and didn't get any noise from outside.

Absolutely loved my floor 2 apartment. Modern furniture and finish throughout. Great living/sitting area. Good selection of TV channels.

Can be a bit noisy as it is beachfront, but that is not the property's fault.

Apartment 505 on Floor 5. Spacious apartment with Sea View. Bedroom at the back of the building, which makes it quiet and it also has a great bed/matress.

Bathroom has no window and living room furniture look and feel a bit dated. A refurbishment would be great.
