Good location for footy, but at the top of a hill, pre arrival advice on best and easiest way to get there would have been nice, particularly for friends who use a walking frame. Room overall was good, as were facilities, but shower door when opened ran into the vanity unit, which is a bit worrying

better design of bathroom, better information on how to get to hotel the easiest way for older people and people with disabilities.

The location was my primary concern - so it was great. Close access to Southbank and to a bus station. I only used the room. Were there other facilities that were available to me? If so, I was unaware ot them.

No budget friendly options for a family of four looking to stay in one room. Was a last minute trip, only one night, booked due to lack of other options and proximity to where we were going - so expensive given we were hardly in the room(s). Expensive to park too.
