Nice view from balcony. Bottle of wine for our arrival

It was unfortunately so complex to finally open the door. Need to take the key 1 kilometer away in a store and give it back in the same store the day after when opened. Was not aware at all of this before receive the informations the day of our arrival. Complex when abroad with no mobile data... And there is plenty of stores closer to the appartment... Wifi was not working also in the room. If the flight is late and store to get the key closed how are people doing ? Not a good experience for us :(

Location was great ,Exceptional View and great value for money

The view and location

Room was so small, dirty and not functioning properly. Had mould, someone's undies and socks in a drawer, dirty food on table mats, pubes on bathroom floor, lights not working in bathroom, dusty and musty.Furniture is worn and stained. My skin itched the whole time. The amenities were not working, no pool, no sauna, no spa. The elevators were not working properly. There was one less bed than advertised. 4 instead of 5.

Location was perfect for getting around the city walking or hopping on a boat. Easy walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and main shopping area. Amenities in the kitchen were good. Great communication with host. Amazing views from the lovely balcony.

We had to pick the keys up from a convenience store and call in for them on our journey from the airport in a taxi. It was relatively straightforward but I didn't know this was the arrangement until just before we arrived. The hosts went out of their way to make it as simple as possible, so its not really a complaint as such.

Location and view of the river and king bed was very comfortable.

Was a awesome spot with beautiful views of the Brisbane river and still peaceful enough that you could enjoy your sleep. Would definitely stay again

The view was stunning! Loved the position - so close to everything The beds and longe were very comfortable The ambience was great

We didn’t receive any communication that the pool area would be shut- coming from cold SA this was a mitigating factor of booking, the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t a 10 and it was a little restricting only having one key for the apartment.

The view was amazing. Beds were comfy.

Other than the view, it didn't feel it was worth over $600 per night. The furniture wasn't very comfortable and the apartment is a bit tired and some items are in need of repair. It's also worth noting that if arriving into the city by train, you then have to take a decent detour in the opposite direction to the apartment to sign out the keys from the specified pickup location. Very grateful the hosts allowed me to leave the keys in the room on departure instead of making the return trek with my bags.

The location was within walking distance to the river and the restaurants.

The strong stench (odor) from the carpets and the sofa cushions and from some of the bath towels.

It's a very nice, furnished apartment. I liked the African vibe and the beautiful view of the Balcony. I really appreciated the welcoming wine and chocolates and for all this things I gave high score. The only thing that can be improved is related to the collection of the keys. You have to collect them from a different place, to be precise a supermarket. You have to park quickly somewhere and sign a doc. Same at the checkout, was not clear where to leave the keys. I checked out at 5am without knowing where to leave them. In the end, I left them at the reception of the hotel, explaining that I had to take a flight and they told me I could have taken the keys from there at the check in as well. The owner didn't tell me, but send me the message for the checkout at 10 when I was already on my flight.

The views and location were incredible. The owners were super helpful with organising an early bag drop off for us. would stay here again.

it didn’t have 2 bathrooms and it was a bit cramped for 5 people. I also didn’t like the strange arrangements for collecting the key. we didn’t k ow our way around Brisbane and had a car and found it confusing to collect the keys from one location and then try to find the building location
