It is very close to the hospital, just a short walk. There is a laundry on every floor, which was great for our emergency extended stay.

our TV did not work at all. The bathroom door could not be closed due to water damage.

Great location, very spacious rooms

The smell of whatever was used to clean the room. Rooms are dated. Bonus with the smell was that you knew it had been cleaned. I dropped something under the bed that I had to get, was spotless under there too

We requested a room away from the lifts and this was accommodated. Lovely king bed top get lost in. Spacious room. Nice to have a deck also for fresh air. The staff were super friendly. Central location for Southbank, sport and entertainment. We'll be back 👌

The staff who were working the afternoon shift on check in were so welcoming, providing great tips for the local area and conversation. There was ample parking that was included in the price. A short walk to QPAC and South Bank which was the purpose of our visit. would absolutely recommend and stay at this property again. Beds were comfy, shower was hot and the room was clean with opening window and balcony door. Also very close to the hospitals which would be a bonus for those not local.

Location's v.convenient for the South Bank. Room was clean & comfortable.

The room lighting controls were Byzantine.
