Das Personal u die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie helfen gerne bei den täglichen Reisebuchungen. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu gross aber ausreichend zum Schlafen. Das Bett hatte gute Matratzen. Der Spabereich des Hotels dh die angebotenen Massagen sind zwar teilweise doppelt so teuer wie im Ort aber es war sehr sauber und das Personal fachlich sehr gut ausgebildet.

Die Zimmer in diesem Hotel sind extrem hellhörig. Jedes Gespräch in den Zimmern nebenan sowie Duschen, Strassenlärm etc war zu hören. Der Frühstücksbereich ist direkt beim Eingangsbereich dh im Winter ist es dort unangenehm und sehr kalt da ständig Leute aus u eingehen. Das Personal läuft ganztägig mit Daunenjacken -mäntel umher. Die Klimaanlage wird trotzdem nicht als Heizung benutzt. Aktuell befindet sich eine längere Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel. Der Rohbau ist noch nicht ganz fertig. Es könnte also sehr laut werden da das Gebäude direkt an das Hotel angebaut wird.

Minor points really. The hotel bikes are appalling they should either maintain or remove. Better still hire them out for a small charge. BUT MAINTAIN THEM!! This was the only hotel that frowned upon people taking a snack from the breakfast. However, this hotel was great value....so is this a grumble too far???

Balcony due to some water leak from upper floor all time and we cannot stand at balcony or open door. During stay have hard construction neighbor hotel and hotel did not inform us.

The room is spacious. Staffs are so helpful even before arrival and still supportive until the end.

The building next door is on construction so its kinda noisy from around 9 am i think.

The room is clean and comfortable and the service is very good and the location of the hotel is very good nearby the city. The breakfast is good compare to those with only bread and butter.

The location is the hotel is in the uphill and too steep. It is very difficult for those have problem to climb the stair case especially those handicapped and old age.

Quiet part of town. Not in the main area. Staff were very helpful with information about Sapa. Helped us to book tickets to Fansipan. Note that Fansipan cable car is closed from 8 of Jan 2024 to 8 Feb 2024. Check before going. Eden massage and spa just across from the hotel with great service. We took a train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and the hotel organised a transfer for us from the train station to the hotel which was great for the early morning. Rested in the lobby and had breakfast till our rooms were ready. Lots of eateries and massage places just nearby. Shopping was down the slope and down the stairs near Sun Plaza Sapa Station.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected but very clean.

Very minor point - the hot water takes a while to come through. Leave the tap running for a few minutes.

Rooms were exactly as presented in pictures and the stuff was incredible helpful and kind.

We had a great stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Jenny booked our Sapa trek and Fansipan tickets which was one of the highlights of our trip and generally guided us with regards to Sapa. The staff went out of their way to assist us in anyway they could and all were very friendly . Would stay here again.

No fault to the property but they are building next door, noise starts at 6.45am , that’s why the lower score.

The staff apologised for the renovations happening next door on check in. But the renovations occur from 6:30 - 1700 every day and quite difficult to sleep in the day.

The trip wasn't exactly perfect because of the rain, but it wasn't their fault. Thankfully the last day of my stay I was helped to book Fansipan by cable car ticket and it was really nice, the hotel is old but everything is still quite new and modernly decorated.

Very good location, very close to the city center, short walking distance. Helpful staff, big rooms, good massage across the street.

Next to the hotel there are construction works going on. Ask hotel in advance to give you the room not close to the construction works. Then you have no noise and a quiet stay.

The staff was very friendly and was able to help with our travel plans back to Hanoi and beyond. They helped book a flight for Dong Hoi from Hanoi. After checkout, we still did a hike. The hotel allowed us to take a free shower before we would head back by night bus.
