Not enough space in the bathroom.

The property is modern, has amazing Character, our room was extremely spacious and the view from the sky bar/restaurant was really nice. The breakfast was served overlooking the pool and river, and was so unique Al a Carte menu. Could not recommend enough! Our room had complimentary wine and cakes served. Our room was on street level (Arch Room) and we could sit on the balcony having room service cocktails whilst watching the buzz of the square.

I would struggle to find fault with anything.

booking.com advertise all rooms with same pictures so we didn’t get the preferred room with city & river view . However hotel managed to move us after 1 night into the room we booked . we recommend clarifying room with hotel before arrival.

The Building itself is beautiful, impressed even before we set foot inside. The palace is tastefully restored with a light touch to preserve its charm. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. We got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. There were delicious little pastries and chocolates with a whole bottle of prosecco sent up to the room, all complementary. The view out into the square in front and the port in the distance was brilliant. The bed was the biggest bed I have ever slept in! We came back in the evening after room service to more pastries, each evening. The breakfast was impressive! the food just keeps coming. Make sure to get a drink on the roof top bar to start or end your night!

Very noisy surrounding area. I explicitly requested for a quiet room while booking, which should have been provided promptly. Unfortunately, I had to complain in the middle of the night because of the noise from a nearby disco, so that the hotel could provide me with a slightly quieter room.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. Breakfast until noon was greatly appreciated too!

The staff were so friendly and helpful that it made the stay special. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection and even goes until 12 noon. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed is one of the best we have slapped on in a hotel.

More lights in the bathroom for my wife to put on her makeup.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The views from the Hotel over Lisbon were comprehensive and wonderful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Just a lovely and charming experience in a wonderful part of Lisbon.

the hotel and room (suite) were absolutely wonderful

we had booked a suite for 1 night to celebrate the fact that we got engaged the day before. The price was substantial: 1100 per night. Everything was amazing till the moment that we were informed that the pool was not going to be accessible in the afternoon due to a private event. We were not informed beforehand, nor while booking the suite, nor when we checked in. Basically me and my fiancee were asked to leave the pool. Other than apologies nothing else was offered as a compensation. So our stay, instead of being a celebration of our engagement, ended up being a disappointment.
