Loadshedding was a problem

The water coming out of the shower. It’s too little, literally felt very cold. Also there was no salt or black pepper. And we were given 4 snatchers of sugar, and coffee snatchers for 3 people💀but overall everything else was perfect.

The terrible attitude of the manager. Poor communication and a sub par accommodation We where not informed of road closures or load shedding and could not leave until 230pm, which caused us many difficulties for the remainder of the trip.. several other guests where affected. I could have accepted this as miscommunication but after calling the manager to ask what to do, She was rude and told us it was our fault as we should have known. This bogles my mind as we are tourists travelling through PE. Also no soap supplied, the ovens did not work, the place was poorly laid out and sold as a 3 sleeper when it was not. Not pleasant at all. Don't waste your time or money

Best place to be. Nice seaview, beautiful back with a clean swimming pool. Everything was just so perfect. Mostly Jenna, oh the sweet Jenna. She was so warm welcoming and so humble.

Unprofessional. We were booked for until 9h00am Sunday but suddenly were expected to find our ways to leave premises before roads were blocked meaning around 5am,which wasn't good at all because we paid for until 9h00. Messages were only forwarded to us on Saturday while we were already in the premises which they had to consider doing it before they book us in. We could have had other alternatives. As much as they say it was all over the news & TV's we didn't know about it. They had to let us know before booking us in. Lee Ann the manager, rude. Delmary the boss or owner of whatever was worse. All they wanted was to see us out of the premises,didn't care about anything else and yet it's their fault that they took our bookings knowing very well what was gonna happen. That was the horrible experience I've ever had.

The window was broken so couldn't open, but we slept with the door open.

Privacy of the pool, it was on my doorstep and the neighbours were making a noise up until 4 in the morning, with no success with them Terry came out and sort the matter, thumbs up Terry....You did an amazing job, cleanliness, support and always available to assist 24 hours.

the location that is in the rules are good the view of the sea quietness location no noise pollution i love the pool area even though I could swim because of the weather but it’s nice.

Actually I liked nothing about that place

The entire Building is Dirty. Not to mention the pool that is stinking dirty. All plugs not working. A bed just next to the toilet. Very small bathroom. There isn't even an s pray in the bathroom. The apartment don't have a single window. The sliding doors, window glasses all dirt. The towels on the bed are just old they itching. Ohh mahn. The owner is soooo rude very rude. Our entire stay was just not what we imagined at all. Actually they advertised something that don't exist. The pool is a disaster.
