Good location nice facilities Comfortable

The location was perfect and instructions to access the our unit and get the keys and parking info were very helpful. The unit was very comfortable with a full kitchen that included coffee, tea and milk and laundry as well.

The apartment did not look like the photos and was smaller than it appears especially the bathroom. One side of the bed was against a wall which was very inconvenient. Bed was not great. Lots of other small things which made it disappointing.

The location is outstanding. You won't get better in Kinsale. It's right beside Fishy Fishy and close all the pubs, shops etc. However....

Varnun - The guy managing the place is useless. He's actually beyond useless. A chocolate fireguard would serve more purpose. I rang him to get some clarification, and he could not get off the phone quickly enough. He literally offered no help whatsoever. He had all the hallmark of a guy who was interrupted while watching Cash in the Attic.

Location is excellent right in the middle of town beside a car park. Cute little apartment.

Towels were horrible, poor quality and smelt bad. They were clean but I think the detergent made the smell bad.

The location was excellent. The apartments were very clean and tidy.

We were supposed to be given door access codes via message but didn't get them. Varon was on site to give us access but was gone in a instant ! There was no tea towels provided for the washing up. The fact that there was only four cups, glasses etc made it awkward to invite our friends that were in apartment number 2 up for drinks etc. The TV system was almost impossible to use. We could on occasions get YouTube or Netflix but no other programs.

Bed collapsed on the first night. the washing machine was out of order. Courtyard was very dirty. Stair rails were very dirty and cobwebby. Far too many stairs for me with mobility difficulties. I had asked if there was a handrail and was told yes, however there was only a banister on one side and no handrail. perhaps I didn’t make myself clear?

I requested easy access for a 77 and 84 year old. The room was on the 4th floor with no lift. We could not climb these dark narrow stairs with luggage. There was no one at the property. They sent an email on arrival day with entryway code and lock box info. We sent them an email at once to tell them we couldn’t stay. They sent us an email the following day after noon to say they could give us a first floor unit. No help at all at that point obviously

The accommodation is self catering. It is a comfortable and spacious apartment. The location is excellent, in the middle of the town, but quiet.

We were a little disappointed at the quality of the towels. Also, initially there were not enough towels for four adults. This was rectified immediately when pointed out to the host.
