The owner is a pure gentleman. The view from the room was fabulous. The breakfast was fabulous.

Very nice view and comfortable common space. Bathroom was small, similar to most we’ve experienced in Ireland.

Too far from town. Would have loved fresh scones at breakfast, but none of the B&B’s in Ireland seem to provided them.

John thank you for let us at your beautiful home, loved everything about the place and John is gentleman look forward to going back soon.

There's nothing to dislike.

The view was amazing from our room and from the Main Dining room. the breakfast was excellent, better than we have had in a lot of hotels.

John was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding with freshly baked scones and bread as well as a delicious Irish breakfast with both black and white pudding. Our room had an amazing view of the estuary and John kindly allowed us to relax in the garden too. We were very much made to feel at home.

A 15 minute walk into town, although with great views, but not suitable if you have mobility issues

John was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area with many helpful hints. He also drove ys down to the town the first night for dinner.

Really lovely host, very welcoming and attentative. Views from the house are incredible It's a little way out of town (a good 20 min walk) but John offered each day to drop us into town. We actually really enjoyed the walk though as you get more of the stunning views. Rooms were pleasant and comfortable. A little tired in places but it felt very homely. We will definitely stay again. I recommend this B&B for those looking for a home from home, a quiet stay and happy to be a little way out of central town. Maybe a note to those who don't like dogs or who are allergic as there is a dog at the property. Very friendly though.

The hotel is a 20min walk from town but the views from the bedrooms are so worth it. John was a great host and if we didn’t fancy walking into town, he’d offer to drive us. There was a great choice each morning for breakfast and if you fancied a hot breakfast, he would cook it.

Bed too firm uncomfortable may need updating. Balcony room had no useable balcony.

John's B&B is excellent. He is really helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic. The accomodation is close to the city center, and it has a great view. I reccomend this place.
