Location was excellent. Apartment was very good. Staff (Will) was extremely nice and very helpful when we had a couple of minor issues. Central Heating was left on so the apartment was warm, especially in the cold weather.

Kitchen wear and tear, walls were a bit dirty, needed a repaint, there was a damp leak mark on the kitchen ceiling from the apartment above. Kitchen crockery/pots and pans/glasses needed replenishing - only 1 wine glass, only 2 champagne glasses, only 1 teaspoon, no cork screw. There was an ice bucket but not enough pans/oven trays to cook pizza and chips for tea, which was a bit disappointing.

Property really close to bus route into Cambridge. Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Welcome pack was a great wee touch.

The landlord was thoughtful for the complimentary breakfast for the first day. The whole development feels calm and save. Location is greet.

Even though the bedding, the towels and property were very clean in general, certain parts appeared not have been cleaned carefully for some time. For example there were some hairs on the carpet in the living room and the spider webs in a few corners. But overall it did affect too much our stay.

Host was generous and kind.

The blinds in the property are low quality and made a lot of noise when we kept windows and door open due to extreme heat in the UK.

the size of the apartment was decent

the location. it is quite far away from the city centre. most Uber drivers decline requests for ride. Bus service is infrequent. although the apartment has a nice balcony we were told not to keep the door open due to the strong wind. Surely knowing that the owner should have provided some form of door stopper to avoid the door being slammed shut by the strong wind. it would have been nice to open the door to let in some cool air into the apartment especially during summer and our unit faces the west making it really hot by the afternoon. the kitchen utensils & crockery were dirty and we had to wash everything before using them. extra bin liners would have been helpful

Modern . 2 bathrooms. Plenty of everything required . Parking no problem. There was a lift and easy accessed.

Very easy to find. Great communication from the host, very clean and had all the things you would need being away from home / good base. Local corner shop nearby (about 5 min walk) for any essentials. The host provided further information about local amenities and things to do. Great location to get to / from Cambridge. Plus very quiet and provided a welcome hamper. Great touch after a long drive to get there that had the basics, bread, butter, milk, juice, selection of jams and cereals. :)

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, the facilities were wonderful, and the welcome pack was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

The only criticisms are that a full length mirror would have been handy. The ensuite bathroom window handle was missing, and the radiator in the master bedroom was faulty.

The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Attention to detail made it feel more like a good hotel than a self catering apartment. Perfect location for visiting Cambridge.

Property super clean and bright and airy with every convenience. Provisions of milk, OJ, margarine, bread, cereal and tea,coffee,sugar were well received. Excellent directions provided and great arrangements fo accessing the property with a video guide on how to find it. Mark was an excellent host contact.

The apartment was immaculate, with everything you might need for a weekend self catering if needed. Lots of useful touches, like an ipad left with extra information, Netflix set up, free strong wifi, lovely little welcome hamper with milk bread teas coffee etc. Nice coffee machine with coffee pods, dishwasher with plenty tablets provided etc. A lovely quiet clean location, yet short drive from Cambridge and local amenities.

Really lovely apartment in a fab location- comfy beds, great social space, and very clean! Owners couldn’t have been more helpful and the property had lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, just as we saw the pictures on booking.com. Friendly service and meet and greet. We were also provided with essentials like; tea, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, butter and jam. Felt was a generous and kind gesture. There was also parking space which was brilliant
