The room is spacious, and aircon functioning well. Kitchen is ok, but few utensils.

- There is no maintenance at all. Leaking sinks, dirty, and leaking laundry machine, gym equipment 70% not or malfunctioning. Threadmills got short circuit, weights fall apart, nearly on my foot, and bicycles pedals 180° wrongly mounted (both pointing the same direction) - At check-in, we were asked to sign a waiver to pay for missing/stained/damaged items, which is ridiculous because there are no item quantities, and we don't want to do a checkup from the entire studio. Specially coz the whole unit was having malfunctions. We had a unit here last November, and it was ok. Now, we booked 2 units, both leaking sinks, not well working showers (hot water).

We originally got 3 separate units for 7 people but the staff contacted me a week before our stay and offered a unit which has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, & a living room. The new offered unit saved us from $$$ so we were really happy about it. From the moment we arrived at the building, all staff members were very accommodating and super friendly!

It's quite far from the highway so you would have to walk around the neighborhood to find a place to eat at or buy necessities but luckily the neighborhood was quite nice and peaceful.

They didn't clean our room even though we already requested it from the front desk. The reason was they forgot it.

Dusty bedding, blanket and pillow case. But they are very helpful when i asked for new ones and to have the room sanitized again.

I just needed an overnight stay because of an early flight the next day - 2 weeks after typhoon Odette and it was challenging to find accommodations in the City because power wasn’t restored yet. I messaged 16 hotels and Tancor Residential Suites replied in less than an hour. The lady at the front desk was very professional, soft spoken, polite, and helpful. She made sure my needs were met. All the staff from security to housekeeping were very nice and accommodation. The location is less than 5 mins to Ayala Center and less than 30 mins to the Airport. The place was ran by a generator which was on several times a day and the timing was great. Given the challenging situation caused by the typhoon, service and comfort wasn’t compromised. Thank you very much for the lovely stay! I will stay here again next time.
