Apartament ogromny plus metro minutę pieszo 😊

After the reservation, there were some changes and I got the message during driving, it was a little complicated situation, but they contacted me by SMS and phone call for changes & new address. the room was really clean and comfortable for all my family with my dog

The parking space is a little bit small and not comfortable to access

property is very clean and modern, has massive balcony.has eveyrhing you need, its quit big also. very close to metro station (2-3 min walk) . couple of stations and you are in the center of prague (15 min ride). Neighbourhood are very quit , there literally no noise. area is also very clean. we definetley will go back there. i would stay anywhere else in prague. highly recommended!

located in a nice business park, flat was extremely clean, bed was comfortable.

while they listing parking, there are only a couple spots near the building and of course due to the busy nature of the business park it’s impossible to get free parking. once you give up on that idea you are forced with 405 czk to park in their garage. when I called in I heard 105 czk but was quickly hit with a pay code for 405czk. read the fine print they will also charge you a city tax which we didn’t experience the last time we booked a place in Prague a couple weeks ago. pillows were also super uncomfortable.

I was looking for a place in this area so location was good for me. The place was clean with well equipment kitchen. The room itself is rather small and basically you need to sit either on the bed or shaking chair by the small dining table, but it's hard to watch TV from there. Nice view. Wifi was Ok. TV channels choice is solid.

I had to park outside because they were already out of parking places in the underground garage. The furnishings are visibly cheap and already somewhat used. No carpet. No batteries in one of the remote controls which was very annoying. In the bathroom quite worn out towels and moving toilet board. Overall feeling of a 2-max 3 star place but fairly ok for a few days.

Apartment was much bigger than We expected, very clean and comfortable. Metro station 300 m from apartment.

Everything was correct

Good value, lots of space for the price. The kitchen was well equipped with the basics we needed. Almost everything (see next section) was super clean, almost like new. Handicapped parking right out front was convenient, and the elevator had plenty of room. I wouldn't call it "fully accessible" for severely handicapped, but it worked great for our son with mobility issues who can walk short distances. Also, we liked that it had a washing machine inside.

The fold out couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It is quite old and dingey, and the mattress inside of it is very dirty. I was quite surprised by this, as the rest of the apartment was amazing. If someone doesn't need that for a second bed, this is a great place as is. Also, a coffee maker would've been nice to have.

Very dirty. 5 minutes after we entered the apartment, my white socks turned black. In the kitchen, near the stove and sink, the wall is greasy. The kitchen table was also stained. In the microwave, the previous tenants forgot their food and no one removed it! The declared apartments are suitable for four people, but at the same time there are not enough cutlery and plates for four. The bathroom ran out of soap on the first day.
