the property is clean and well maintained but the major drawback is it’s half an hour away from Manāli. So, you don’t get a feel of the city staying at the resort. it’s riverside and has a good view of the river..

the staff and the management is zero. total failure. Worst staff ever seen. they make ur experience get worst. simple request, u will regret it if u go and stay there. I stayed for New Years at this property but the experience given by the Management was total failure. and it wasn’t one incident, multiple incidents daily. I was there for 3 nights. Very Sad.

The location is gorgeous.. right on the river. Beautiful gardens and outside seating , staff is courteous and food is good. Breakfast was excellent. We were in river facing cottage…one of the premium rooms. We had interconnected rooms which was wonderful. They have sports facilities. We played outdoor chess, Badminton, carrom, billiards.. lovely library.. Spa was average.. no heating in the Spa spite of it being cold outside, it’s just old and needs to be renovated urgently. Staff was kind and courteous. Would love to go back once rooms are renovated.

restaurant was dingy, badly lighted, tacky. the outdoor part of the restaurant was good. there were no doormen to receive or guide before reaching the reception.

There were less options in breakfast and the taste was not that good.have to work on the taste of food.

The cleanliness of room.small pieces of broken glasses were scattered all over the room.one could step on them and bleed.plz have more options in breakfast and work on its taste.

Room needs to be spruced up a little old cleanliness should be improved bathroom too cramped

Superb Location

Excellent resort in the lap of nature- Rejuvenating for the mind and soul! The sound of the flowing river Beas, the swaying deodar trees, the chirping of the birds make this place a veritable heaven on earth. Being nature lovers,we loved this place. The best thing here is the impeccable service - Right from the time of check in to check out. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention for going out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The front desk and all the other resort staff were very good too. The USP of this resort is their amazing hospitality. We will return again. Hope they are able to maintain this level of service quality.

The location , the staff , the service . V beautiful property on the banks of Beas . The staff & everybody there was very helpful . We had a problem getting there & the travel desk ( Mr. Ajay ) was able to arrange a car for us late night ! We were there for Republic day & the flag hoisting was done with a lot of respect & dignity . Strongly recommend to all . Special thanks to all at Span , right from the cleaning staff , restaurant , front desk , all superb & prompt in their service .

The toilet has an exhaust which makes the toilet freezing cold. So whenever we needed to go to the toilet we had to layer up !! Still a minor thing considering the beautiful rooms & the wonderful location .
