Over all, for such price, this place worth your money. I reserved this on the day we arrived, so we didnt expect much, but very thankful for the facilities from the hotel/apartment. Different kids activities every weekend. The bed was ok too. And there is a pretty good coffee shop in the lobby. Pool was alright too, especially for kids to play around.

When the sewer in the bathroom has been dried for a long period, it will make bad odor. But once you wet the hole/sewer, the odor will gradually reduce and eventually gone. The curtain in the bathroom also need to be cleaned. No tissue at all in the bathroom. But i guess this feature does not apply to apartment with such bargain price (veey cheap even during the weekend)! Also, the electric kettle doesnt work. It worked just fine on the first attempt, but on the 2nd attempt, it make burnt smell. A bit scary.

The price is good, the facility is OK, the view is good (golf course view)

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and air conditioner.. great to be a place for a get-together when rain was really coming down hard outside (which happened during our stay). The smaller room has one single bed. The view from the balcony was amazing! Also a very relaxing ambiance of the neighborhood around was sufficient for a nice, simple jog.

We apparently stayed in a residential/serviced apartment and it was located on the 8th floor. The staff only gave us the key and tell us the room number and floor, then there was no one to lead us to our room after we checked in (who knew that we supposed to use the elevator to get to the 3rd / 5th floor in order to cross the skyway? No one in the front desk told us!). The elevator was under maintenance too just minutes after we arrived (we arrived during check-in time, at around 1 PM). Our misery was real, especially when I had to see my elderly mom going up and down the stairs just to find the right room! There was a kitchen renovation so they didn't have much on the menu, and yeah.. noises. The pool did not have warm water because it was also undergoing maintenance. For us, not a perfect time for what we expected to be a relaxing staycation.
