Nice location! It is close to the bridge and a konbini.
The check-in was smooth. The staff who served us did a great job. She explained things clearly, and there was no communication issue as well. Kudos to her!
The cabin and public area (cafe, lockers, toilet, shower, garage, and laundrymart) were excellent. It was clean, tidy, and spacey. They provide nice amenities.
I loved the dinner set as well; it was filling and tasty! Lastly, as a smoker, I really appreciate that they have a smoking area at the front of the hostel/the corner of the garage.
Overall, I got what I needed and had a great time in this hostel. I think this hostel is the best hostel I've ever been to.
Nope. All is good!

The location was great - Not so far from the main Shimanami route, and Familymart was directly across the road. The dormitory had everything I needed for a casual overnight stay, and it was so clean that I didn't feel like I was compromising my quality of experience for my budget.
4.5
Very beautiful and fun place. Everything you need is there. Although it is a hostel, it felt luxurious.
At night is it quite hot in the rooms.

Great location just off the bridge coming into Omishima, across the road from a Family Mart looking across the sea. Helpful receptionists and staff who spoke English and Japanese, giving very clear instructions. Rooms were very clean and well organised especially for a hostel. The bunk bed was very spacious and ample space for both the top and bottom bunk, each room felt very private even with just a sliding door and curtain (everyone was respectful and kept things quiet). Amazingly everything you could need for your stay is provided - slippers, common toiletries, toothbrush, pajamas, towels, razor, extra blankets, hair dryer, iced water and hot tea at the reception. We booked dinner with our stay which was lovely - soup, sashimi, salad, rice with chicken katsu and sakura mochi.
A little pricey for a hostel but given the quality of what was provided, well deserved!

Our first hostel on this trip. It was wonderful! Clean, lockable drawers in room, could arrange to eat in cafe or walk across the street to konbini to buy something to eat and sit in the covered area overlooking the water. Although shared showers, two were reserved only to be used by women and all were private, with door and place to put dry clothes. Had anticipated the height of the bunkbed, which I wouldn't want to try to climb down in the middle of the night. Great place to lock up bikes, or could have brought into our room.
So far beyond our expectations. Was a great place to stay after a long day's bike ride.

Great modern hostel. Clean and very nice food.
Rooms have a sliding partition curtain which can be locked from the inside- this allows prized bicycles to be stored in your room (if you don’t want to use the ample outdoor space). The curtains mean that you need to use earplugs (which are kindly provided). Not a criticism but the top bunk is unsuitable for young children due to height and gaps between the bars, probably ok for 10yrs +. The cost is pricey for a hostel space and I needed to book two rooms to accommodate and adult and two children. The children would’ve been able to share the large double bottom bunk but this was not allowed so the total price was over ¥28,000 for one night not including meals. Families may choose to go elsewhere.

Location was perfect after cycling the 3rd bridge. Dinner was excellent. The staff were very helpful giving us directions and options for dropping off parcels.

Everything.
A charge was made to my payment card even though I had chosen to pay in cash when I was booking. They should have asked and given a choice.

Dear guests. This does not only apply to this hostel:
! Please behave with others in mind, if you have to set an alarm then get your ass up after the first alarm clock instead of waking everyone up with your naps.
• Try to speak quietly and especially after 10 p.m. Mute the sound of your phone, not everyone brainwashes with TikTok.
• When leaving the bathroom, the toilet: close the door, switch off the light, possibly leave the ventilation on.

Clean lovely dorm
It’s a shame the bike shed blocks the view of the sea!

If you're riding the Shimanami Kaido, it's a perfect location and obviously set up for cyclists. There are even wall hooks in the room for storing your bike! I also strongly suggest buying the dinner, it greatly exceeded my expectations.
Really the only negative was being able to fairly easily hear all the folks sleeping in nearby rooms, but it's a hostel. Don't forget your earplugs. A breakfast option would also have been nice, but the Family Mart across the street was a decent plan B.

The location, cleanliness, staff and bike facilities were great at the I-Link hostel.
We were cycling the bridges over 2 days and this location was perfect for our mid-point stopover.
The nearby local Onsen offered a relaxing and much needed hot soak.
We chose a 'twin bunk bed room' but in hindsight, as a couple, and for the small increase in price, would have been better off with 2 single rooms, thus avoiding the steep ladder climb.
The evening food was substantial and hit the spot, but I wouldn't say overly fabulous, but that maybe because all the options were deep fried (the 1 steamed fish option had finished for the night) and I personally can struggle a bit with too much deep fried fare. It was fine though and meant we didn't need to go hunting elsewhere.

Convenient location and great dinner. There aren't many options for food around the area (really have to time things), but why take the risk when the dinner is fantastic here.
The Family Mart across the road was also good for stocking up before hitting the road.
Room is basically a sleeping pod (there are other options) but much larger than any capsule hotel.
Sleep wear is provided, common room has free green tea.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, it is the nicest 'hostel' I've ever stayed at before.
No negatives, just things to be aware of:
- My large suitcase almost didn't fit in the locker (but that's on me), so if you don't really need it just send it on to your next accommodation.
- It is a hostel so facilities are shared, depending where your room is it may be a bit of a walk to the toilet each time.

Perfect rest stop for the 2 day cycling journey through Shimanami Kaido. Had an onsen, family mart nearby, and their cafe food was decent. Lockers were provided, and a peaceful place to stay and recuperate. They even had a place to lock your bike.
Nothing, perfect.

The place is awesome. Well designed and so spotless. A great place to stop in overnight while doing the Shimanami Kaido.

Extremely comfortable twin room with interesting building layout. Very clean, and comfortable, and very nice bathrooms and showers. Nice touches like free pyjamas. You're able to take your bike into your room if you want. There is also a very good Family mart opposite with nice seating if you're trying to eat for cheap.
Maybe a bit more expensive than usual hostels of the same level, but you can see why, and you still get value for what you're paying.

This is such a cozy hostel. We were there in December and it was nice to stay in a warm, cozy place. After a long day of biking, the showers are the best! The restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place, especially for bikers looking for a comfortable bet and delicious meal.
Nothing! It’s amazing.

Immaculate, clean facilities. Bunks are huge and felt more like rooms. Everything and more was provided. Staff were great too.
A little expensive.
