Rude staff, everything takes forever, pool is basically just chlorine. Expensive too.

No A/C, no mini-fridge in any of the rooms. the property is right behind a very loud club/bar that is open till 2 am.

Oceanside, jungle vibes. simple and clean, very nice to have a lot of hot water for bathing, and comfortable bedding.

It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge, and possibly more eco-friendly toiletries.

Perfect location on the beach. close to everything you need. The propriety itself is beautiful. lots of coconut palm trees and the room was beautiful - just as in the pictures. Everything was well maintained and clean. Pool was nice too although we only used it once since the beach is so close. Food and drinks at El Bicho ans Gula Gula were also excellent

This was my second time staying there. Hotel is on the beach literally my view from room was the ocean. There are mosquitoes at night so beware. The pool is very handy because the ocean has very big treacherous waves.

The only negative is the loud music you can hear at night from the surroundings...bar across the street and club down the street. One night in bed I felt as if I was on the dance floor that is how loud the music is. So if you have issues sleeping bring ear plugs you will need them.

There is a bar that is blasting music until 4am every night of the week that is steps away from the room so that was a bit of a downside. I’m a New Yorker so we made it work but it isn’t ideal

Beautiful room, right on the beachfront. So peaceful. Great food at the restaurant and super friendly staff.

Not a problem but would be great to have a small fridge to store a few cold drinks.

The best accommodation in our whole month trip in Mexico. For us it was absolutely amazing place to stay and I would like to visit it again.

Lovely room, hammock, swinging chair on the balcony, window that opens right up to see the view and get the breeze. Large comfortable bed, with mosquito net, great pool, right on the beach, restaurants and cafes very close. If I ever come back, I would stay here again.

If you don't like the sound of music and people talking and whooping, this propably isn't the place for you...it didn't bother me. Also more light might have been useful.

This hotel was recommended by friends who had previously stayed here and it did not disappoint. We loved having an upstairs room with a large, thatched roof. The location in the middle of the beach was perfect. We were concerned about noise at night mentioned by other travelers so we requested a room in the back (#10). After arrival, we thought maybe a room with a beach view would be better, but we ended up liking our location so we stayed. The worst night for noise was Saturday, but the other nights were no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week in December and will stay here again! Pool was too cold to use and never saw anyone in it. We used the bar and restaurant in front of the hotel several times. Wifi worked fine.

A small refrigerator in the room would be helpful. Not sure the hotel can do anything about the nearby bar noise, which is unfortunate. Keep the morning coffee, please, or add a coffee pot to each room.

Great bungalows in a beautiful jungle property, with the best spot on the beach. The beach bar and restaurant are perfect for a day of doing absolutely nothing.

Music from the nearby bars can be loud until late, so earplugs help.

the use of natural materials throughout the facilities and the relaxed feel all around. the pool is also great for times you can't get into the ocean when the waves are tough

there was no wifi, we asked a few times and they told us that the wifi just works close to the reception, infront of the hotel is a "beach club" ...so at night its really noisy

The cabanas are big and airy and quite well laid out, and they are a 1 minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was professional and helpful. The hot water is HOT. Close to some good restaurants (Boca Del Mar was good value with big portions).

This isn't really a hotel; it's a scattering of cabanas set back from the beach. It felt empty and lacking in life to me, with no hotel facilities to speak of, except the rather unappealing and pointless pool tucked away at the back. The wifi was only working in the reception area when I visited. Owing to the bars nearby playing loud music until 2am I struggled to sleep. Overall I thought it was overpriced even though the cabanas themselves were good.
