Breakfast was amazing, location was great, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back!

There was a problem with warm water in our shower but the hotel staff moved us to another room while they solved it. They were proactive and helpful.

Breakfast was always superb. Our server/host was so lovely and greeted us with the biggest smile each day!

We had constant issues with not having hot water for showers. We did ask twice and it was resolved the night before our departure day. The other thing was the not flushing toilet paper. Many a Oaxaca thing, it is strange for me.

Small, quiet, impeccably clean, and personal. We were a little worried about the distance from the central sites of the city, but it's an easy 10-minute walk to the main street. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Spacious rooms with a small terrace. Security was good and enjoyed the little private outdoor patio. A lovely breakfast is served every morning from 8 to 10 am.

There is not enough light in the bathroom and the additional full-length mirror in the room is placed behind the small refrigerator so it is not easy to see yourself fully.

Location: just perfect. Easy access to touristy downtown but also the more interesting Xochimilco and Reforma areas Breakfast: really good and fast Staff: let us check in early and had a guy there (sorry, can't remember his name) who casually walked us through all the different mezcal varieties and offered some tastings and had some phenomenal mezcals for pretty reasonable prices Hotel: small so feels intimate: and a small thing but really nice - free drinks in the room fridge. Didn't take advantage of much of it but it's a small but generous gesture.

There wasn't a tonne of soundproofing between our bathroom and the common area for breakfast - a wee uncomfortable

Breakfast is delicious and feels like you’re eating a home cooked meal! The facilities are very clean and well kept. The room and the balcony were great and quite comfortable. The location was very accessible to the centro!! Would definitely be staying here again.

There is no parking available, so we had to keep our car in the hotel garage next door which was conveniently located but an additional 25 dollars/night.

casa de Suenos is an oasis in Oaxaca City! beautiful garden setting for the delicious daily breakfast - great local foods, different every morning. Our room was comfortable, quiet and every detail was perfect. Antonio is the perfect host. Charming and gracious, he made everything as easy as possible. Arranged a private tour for us and a very early ride back to the airport. He gave us a very detailed map of the area with suggested restaurants and activities within walking distance. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Oaxaca City.

the hotel is small with only 8 units so it is very private. The landscaping and bird song are exquisite. The staff are very friendly and Antonio the owner is very helpful. I liked the design of the property, contemporary but with Oaxacan touches like little rugs and artwork. Each unit has a small balcony or patio to enjoy the greenery and flowers. They also helped with getting taxis or organizing drivers for outings. We were well looked after.

The hotel is on a busy road which you don’t notice when you are inside the property but when you step out you notice it.

Great breakfast ladies cooking are super nice. Antonio takes great pride in his beautiful hotel!. He’s super knowledgeable about Oaxaca !

The property is unique and the rooms are spacious. The large patio was very nice and sunny. The Bathroom is again very unique and the shower was very nice.

Two things, and both are out of the control of the property in all fairness. First, it’s a bit of a hike to downtown. Second, continues fireworks for most of a week at every hour and every dog barks right along with the noise at most hours after dark. Again, this is no reflection on the staff who were very understanding when I addressed this issue with them.

The room was gorgeous and more spacious than photos imply. Terrace is beautiful and the greenery in the property is stunning and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and filling.

Nardazul is an oasis, aesthetic design & pleasant details. I loved the fresh flowers in our room! Friendly staff & super service for everything we needed. Delicious breakfast, with a new local speciality every single day. We stayed for 10 nights, attending a wedding and experiencing the Day of the Dead festivities. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our very first visit to Oaxaca & Mexico.

Antonio and his team makes sure that the whole building feels like an experience. From the beginning of your arrival, he welcomes you to Oaxaca and his hotel, then walks you to the room and shows you the amenities of your room. Breakfast was different and delicious every day we stayed. Overall, I want to come back.
