Personal poco experimentado.
Habitación sin iluminación para leer.

breakfast? the tamale was delicious, the coffee seemed like cheap Nescafe, the pastries very dry, not great. We went elsewhere for breakfast the other days.
A stark feeling hotel, strong Mustard/Brown color theme going through the hotel, maybe a 70's reno?. Blank walls, not much character apart from the beams and architectural bones which are great. In otherworld, great bones, not much else in terms of art/design/cozyness/character.

Great location, beautiful facility and close to the center of everything but on a quieter street. The terrace was lovely for morning yoga or a glass of wine. The staff were great and the breakfast was great too.
We had an interior room that had a window that faced an inner courtyard but not facing outside. I liked the solitude and the high-ceilings with exposed beams but for some people, not having a window looking outside may be a negative. However, the facility is like an old house but with modern conveniences

It's an adequate American breakfast for us as we don't normally eat in the morning, and only have coffee. We did try the chorizo with two fried eggs (sunny side up), and it was good.
We visited in low season, but there was some ambient noise from the outside. The water took a long time to heat up to a comfortable temperature for shower. 10+ minutes.

The property is centrally located. Walking distance to everything! Yet it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists.
Outstanding food and customer service at the restaurant. Loved that the hotel had complimentary ice and clean drinking water machines to refill water bottles.
The property is kept spotless! Super clean!
there is really nothing I did not like. The only thing I wish it would’ve had is a pool! We were there during very hot days and some other other hotels we heard about had pools. It would’ve been refreshing. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

The location is one of the things for what I choose.
Is the second time I booked and I suggest is necessary they could be have an small fridge; besides the lights on the rooms aren't the best and for that makes the rooms very dark

location and bedroom were nice
the breakfast was really poor, only cafe, juice, and cereals… we weren’t expecting this for the price !

Excellent location! Beautiful hotel
The dining area is in the middle so every morning I would hear people having breakfast. But other than that, the hotel was perfect

The location and hotel accommodations were perfect for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, and the service was perfect. It was peaceful and quiet.
We liked everything.

Super lovely staff. We arrived about 9.30am in the morning and since our room was ready, they already let us in (a blessing after getting up early for a flight)! There is everything you could need in the room and the beds are big and comfy. The location you cannot beat.
Make sure you are fully comfortable if travelling in a couple, there’s no such thing as bathroom privacy. The standard rooms have no windows so it gets quite dark - having said that, just go and enjoy the brightly coloured Oaxaca City!

The location, staff and accomodations were excellent and exceeded my expectations. There was a small issue with the parking but the owner resolved it immediately! The breakfast was also superb I would come back here again.

Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. The room and hotel was clean. It is centrally located and easy to get around by foot to all of the locations we visited.
The restroom has an opening in the ceiling for circulation in which we could hear the people in the other room. Otherwise the room was great.

We had the master suite and enjoyed the Jacuzzi bath after several weeks of travel. The Terrace view was wonderful. The amenities and breakfast were great.

- Located in downtown from Oaxaca, close to the restaurants and other attractions
- Personell is speaking very bad english and is not able to litigate any problems
- Breakfast is available only for adults. Even if you booked your room for adults and children, they will charge you extra for children's breakfast.
- Breakfast is a la carte and very poor. There are different types of breakfast. Only the continental ones is included (and only for adults, of course). If you choose the Oaxcan breakfast (which is ok) you will be extra charged. Water and bakery sweets are not included in any breakfast and are subject to extra charges!
- They call Junior Suite a double room with 2 beds. There is no sofa in the room, only a chair. In hotel's language a simple chair is called sofa.
- The rooms on parterre have no windows
- WC and shower are separated from the room with a small glas door (ca. 1..70 m high, the rest of ca. 1m is open), so there is no intimacy at all.

Colonial hotel with arched courtyard. Excellent location a block from walking street and near the Zocolo. Easy access to everything in Centro Historico. Full breakfast, prepared to order.
Spacious room cleaned daily with nice toiletries.
Reception was not helpful about orienting guests. When I asked for a map of the town, they looked like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Not helpful about planning excursions. There seemed to be ambiguity about the cost of the breakfast. Be sure to stick with the American plan. Otherwise, they charge you the full amount of a new breakfast.

Good reliable internet. Reliable hot water in shower. Central location. Breakfast was included. Room service was available in the evening because the restaurant was closed to in person dining. Very nice sized room. Very nice bathroom.
Luckily I asked for a room facing the street so I had an outside window. The interior rooms would be very dark. There was absolutely no sound proofing between my suite and the adjoining one. The smallest sounds could be heard -conversations, water running, toilet flushes, coughs, personal sounds. It was nice to have a free breakfast but the choice was very limited and no substitutions were allowed even if the items chosen were less expensive than the breakfast offered.

It was a beautiful Hotel Boutique, rooms were nice, beds were comfy, loved the high ceilings and lamps behind the bed. It has A/C which worked just fine.
We couldn't eat breakfast included in the hotel, as we were always in a rush and there was only 1 waiter taking orders to all of the guests, so the service was really slow.
There was no hot water in the shower, we called Reception to inform this several times, and the response was: There is hot water, you have to wait. We wait for 10 minutes and no hot water came out.

The breakfast was ok ! We only ate twice there .
The food that’s included with the stay Needs to be tastier and more variety. Also coffee needs to be improved.

The stuff was really nice and always asking how we're doing
I like everything just my room air-conditioning was not cold enough for me but it was conformable enough for us. The other 2 rooms air condition were working really good 👍 !😁

Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast included. When i checked in i was told the breakfast was included for the adults only and not for the kids. This was disappointing as this wasn't stated in the booking terms.
