Travelling for business we have stayed here numerous times. It is fantastic. For a time it was a home away from home. Will definitely be re booking when back in the area!

Great location, lovely lodge, would recommend.
Showers were a bit rubbish and could have done with a normal sized wine glass rather than the tiny ones you find in a caravan!

The size of the property was great, we had planned to use the facilities and there was everything that I needed. The space in each of the bedrooms was great. Overall we had a wonderful stay. We used this property to visit Thursford Christmas Spectacular which did not disappoint. We had a fabulous weekend.
We arrived in the dark so did not quite know where we were going. The Entrance to the property only lit up when you walked down towards the property, we we were unsure if we were going in the right direction.

The cottage was in a courtyard with 5 others, next to a farmyard. The situation was idyllic and peaceful.
The layout of the cottage with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor was good. There was plenty of space.
The carpets were not very clean: there was dust in all the corners. The inventory did not match what should have been there and there were a few maintenance issues, all of which we pointed out.

Great location. Nicely presented. Lovely and warm. Very roomy. Great if several of the family want to stay together for a family event.
There wasn't really anything to dislike. A few cobwebs which had been missed but otherwise great.

Spacious, comfortable cottage set in attractive courtyard. Peaceful countryside location. Good wi-fi.
No (vodaphone) mobile phone signal unless you walked down the lane a little way (obviously not owners' fault!).
