If we ask some other facilities which is in the bucket, staff have said " This facility is enough for you for this budget".

location was awesome and chill
the rooms are clumsy and no proper electrical arrangements.
the beds are not clean and bathroom were messy.
totally the property is not suitable for stay. they focus only on elephant safari not for the rooms.

Very bad about the property. staff and owner are very careless and irresponsible. Disappointed stay…
Everything bad. we are a group of people staying on the property. we booked 4 bedrooms house but they gave us another property that is situated in the same compound. But that property was very bad it’s just a big hall dropped few beds, the toilet is very bad and one of the fans was very damaged. It’s just like surviving story… several times we connected with the owner of the property and at last we got what we booked. The reason they said, we got late to reach in the property. But here on the booking.com mentioned that till 10 pm we can check-in. But we reached there at almost 8:45 pm. We faced these all things to get what we booked via booking.com!

Manager was kinda okay... But the owner, who takes the booking confirmation is really worst, once u paid minimum amount, dey will not respond to your call.
Not at all clean, no proper dusting r mopping, washrooms were stinking.
Dey promised us to give bonfire but never said that we need to pay for it.
And dey said that, if u stay in our homestay, u will be getting minimum of 50% discount in spices and medicine from our own store..
But, der shop is closed since months.
And the elephant safari is not at all worth paying, 500 for 5min.
It's better if u buy some bananas to feed the elephant..
Bcoz dey charge 100/- from u, just to feed 4 raw bananas...
MANY THING IS THIS HOMESTAY IS EXACTLY 45KM FROM MUNNAR CENTER..
but they said it's just 15km...
Better not to opt this and regret ur choice.
