We love coming to Arlbeg this is our 3rd time here and yet again they didn’t disappoint big spacious rooms great views staff amazing.

Was a little disappointed that they didn’t have hand towels.

Ski in and ski out, with on site ski hire was perfect for a family holiday. Really can't beat the location. The staff (particularly cafe, restaurant & bar staff) were all friendly and provided good service. We stayed in one of the apartment rooms which was very spacious (over two levels) with lovely views. The apartment was clean and beds were warm and comfortable. Front cafe had great coffee.

The room was a little dated and some things didn't work. The downstairs heater did not work even when set to high. The heater next to front door (for drying coats etc.) did not work at all. Breakfast was not included, but 100% should have been at $1,500 AUD per night.

The position is really great, as soon as you get out of the hotel you are immediately on the skiing track. It’s great!

The first thing is that the reception doesn’t have any services to get the luggage from the “concierge” to your room and it’s quite unfortunate if your room is really far from the reception. The staff member/s at the reception were certainly not prepared for anything. The kitchen was extremely dirty, the cover for the stove was glass and it was broken on the angles which is also a hazard. The carpet in the living room was stained and so dirty it was incredible. The lid of the bathtub wouldn’t open so that water would go out. There were only two little bottles of soap in both bathrooms for 5 people for 3 days. Very sad that this hotel isn’t worth anything for the money that we spent on it. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The cafe was awesome wonderful staff and excellent food! Rooms were a little dated but still warm and comfortable.

Breakfast needs more variety got very sick of just toast, fruit and cereal there should be some hot food available too.

Good location. Restaurant is easy and good. Can keep luggage.

The breakfast buffet is too simple.

Location was great shuttle bus stop right at the front. Cafe, bar, restaurant and hire shop all in one. Walk out the door and the snow is at your door step.

would have been nice to have a room with a view ( we were upgraded from an interior room with no view to one with limited car park view so we did appreciate that). The scenery was spectacular so would be nice to enjoy from your room. I’m guessing that comes at a significant premium though
