Great views, centrally located.

Would have been helpful to have wifi in the property since phone reception was very poor.

The location of this property is excellent. It is less than 2 minutes or so walk from the middle of the village centre. It's also very close to the ski school and Bourke lifts. The shuttle drops you off right in front of the stairs or just before it. The property is on the third floor, so if you have heavy or a lot of luggage to carry, be prepared to walk up a short flight of stairs. The property is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, laundry and a room where you can store your gear when you first enter the property through the front door. The property is basically airbnb style where there was existing plates, pots, pans, cutlery, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc. It has everything we needed for our stay. We didn't get to use the dishwasher nor any of the laundry facilities, so can't comment on these. The view from this property is amazing and one of the things that stood out with this property apart from the location.

The owner called me directly after our long drive back from Mt Buller and sounded very upset and shaken about the dining room table. There was apparently burn marks(?) which I personally had not noticed when we left the property. We had brought our own food and had noodles/soup for two nights for our lunch/dinner as we know food can be expensive on the mountain. Our only mistake was to use the paper plates that we had brought along with us. We did not see any placemats provided on the table and couldn't find any in the cupboards unless we completely missed this. Be aware if hot to warm items on the dining table directly as it seems the dining table is fragile and may leave cosmetic damage (we are hoping this was not permanent). I'm not referring to burning pots as you obviously don't put these directly on any type of table, but referring to any plates or bowls placed directly on the table without placemats. I also got feedback from others staying in this property that the bedsheets could be better quality. There is no wifi in this property even though it says free wifi on this site. There is wifi at the village centre but because there was so many people on the mountain during our stay, the network could not handle the load hence no internet at all. We had limited communication to the outside world inside this property. Only one of us had a little bit of mobile reception which we were all forced to use. We would have picked a different property if this was communicated months ago when we first booked.

The location was amazing, perfect to walk into the square in only about a minute. The view from the balcony was stunning and the house overall served its purpose for our group of 8.

Great location. We booked late in the season so paid a premium for the unit. We were very happy though as it is in a great location, very comfortable, well equipped and gorgeous view. Three bathrooms a plus. Fabulous living area - felt like qa home away from home.

Oven and dishwasher very old and dishwasher had no manual for operation.
