kitchen is a bit small to cook and doesn’t come with dishwasher is a bit of headache after the exhausted ski sections.

Everything was completely perfect, the staff were so friendly upon arrival and really helpful with knowledge of the village, the room was perfect and all the facilities were so clean and really useful.

From the location to the staff, everything was excellent. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip. Highly recommended.
Pool and spa in basement was a big disappointment and so was the staff there.

Restocked breakfast bar so good, juices great, fresh fruit avail in the lobby and in the spa area hot and cold teas and bottles of water, its the little things. A lady called on out last morning asking if we wanted our free coffees and bought them up to our room, made my day.
Spa/pool area should be open longer and pool was cold..
Breakfast was hit and miss, some old and shrivelled some fresh.

Great included extras; loft bar drink, and coffee. Adult swim and spa, cooked breakfast. Great heating and comfortable, well equipped rooms. Friendly staff.

Very small space, 2 bedroom apartment is smaller than my own bedroom, double bed is too uncomfortable for 2 adults specially if you have bad necks or backs.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Storage locker for ski gear. Room service. Breakfast for me was amazing (unfortunately not for my friend). Facilities in room for cooking was amazing
Fire alarm going off most nights. Web sites was not updated to advise only one restaurant was open. Fruit ordered for breakfast was missing 2 out of 3 days. In general pizza is the main food available on mt buller
