Location was good and apartment was well-equipped.
Access was very difficult and there should have been more warnings about how difficult it would be to get suitcases in and out of the apartment, particularly when icy. There is not an adequate path to the front door, only poorly constructed and steep stone steps.
Also no disclosure about rubbish bins (we couldn’t find them), insufficient hot water to fill a bath, no kindling or way of splitting wood for the fireplace, and beds were not very comfortable.

Location was terrific, facilties and accomodation were perfect.
Unfortunately the other guests in other apartments not abiding by the noise and guests rules.

Nice well equipped property
I had no idea I was downstairs and had to walk outside to get to the property. This was very difficult and at times I felt very unsafe due to the large amount of snow/ice on the walkway.
I had to call and ask for toilet rolls as there was just half used rolls and no spares.
Also I informed the management about the noise of drunken neighbours coming back at 1am and continuing drinking and making lots of noise and waking my family, only to receive a call later that day accusing ME of having a party.

Great family living room and close to the village.
Access to the entry was difficult and steep.
Minimal toilet paper, window wouldn’t close in middle bedroom, washing machine detergent door was broken, often had cold shower and the people upstairs made loud banging noises on the floor while trying to put children to sleep.

no direct road access to front door, had to walk a poorly constructed down hill 50m path, safety chains broken, has only a 50lt hot water service, so 2min showers if more than 2 people, "ladies" forget about washing your hair.

The previous guests did not clean the dirty dishes and it was left in the dishwasher. There is no instructions for us to use the dishwasher. It seems like a very old model of dishwasher. Apart from that, everything is perfect!

The apartment itself was spacious and relatively clean.
Apartment lacked cleaning products. Advertised with but no soaps or washing machine tablets.
The access to the property was actually really dangerous. My husband has ruptured his PCL and we believe it was caused by a slip upon trying to get the luggage into the apartment on arrival. The steep drop down the ice made for very unsuitable accommodation for our children also.

Rock climbing exercise to get to the front door needs a warning in the property description.
People with mobility challenges like myself with knee joint issues can't cope with the large and uneven steps and need assistance. Photo on advertisement shows a level footbridge to (a) front door.
