Sehr schöne, in ruhigem Wohnviertel gelegene Wohnung (auch wenn man teilweise Verkehr der nahegelegenen Autobahn hört). Schöner großer umzäunter Außenbereich (genial für unseren Hund). Sehr nette Vermieter, kurze Entfernung zu Colmar (Petit Venise), für zwei Personen richtig schön geräumig. Wirklich empfehlenswert!
Wir fanden die Wohnung generell toll, "Kochfreaks" sollten allerdings wissen, dass es keinen Backofen und zwei Herdplatten gibt (was für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend war)
Auch konnten wir mit Arte nur einen deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender finden, was aber Dank Internetzugang über Streaming kein Problem war. Vielleicht hat das sogar den Erholungswert nochmal erhöht, da man weniger von den momentanen schlechten Nachrichten in der Welt mitbekommen hat 😉

Spacieux, moderne et confortable ce gîte a tout ce que vous avez besoin pendant les vacances en Alsace. Il se trouve dans un endroit résidentiel et calme. Centre commercial se trouve 10 minutes à pied. Colmar centre historique 10 min en voiture.

The place is perfect to stay: quite and cozy, equipped with everything needed, close to supermarket and Colmar center. Fred is a superhost, always ready to help.

Place was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. Bed was super cozy which I love but hubby said it was a little too soft for him.
Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice big shower. Entire place looks fairly new remodeled. Washer/ dryer combo (we didn't use it). Nice patio, private entrance from owners that live upstairs. They were very friendly. Nice bakery down the street.
The towels were little scratchy. If you can, bring your own.

A beautiful and stylish apartment with a garden view and grill. For those looking to work from here (teletravail) the internet connection is excellent!! Highly recommend it.

A cute and cosy maisonette with a private garden, well decorated and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The owner is very kind and helpful and he can provide you info about the nearby attractions. The house is located very close to Colmar in a quiet area full of country properties with beautiful gardens. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!

The apartment was a short drive into downtown Colmar, perfect for visiting the Christmas markets without fighting the masses to arrive at the apartment/ finding overnight parking downtown. Parking was also included- a very nice surprise. The apartment inside was tastefully decorated, spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. There’s a large grocery store right down the street and the neighborhood was plenty quiet at night.
For us (family with a one year old), the apartment was expensive for the wrong reasons. The fancy dishwasher, shower, and mirror were all barely used, meanwhile the coffee machine didn’t work and there was no good way to bathe our daughter because the shower requires you to push a button every 20 seconds to maintain the water flow.
