The apartment was in the heart of Centre and was lovely and clean. Meeting for the keys was easy and Gianna was so friendly and helpful in giving us different places to visit. We will definitely be returning in the future!

It is an attractive apartment in an amazing location. The two full bathrooms are excellent. This place would be suitable for two couples as you would each have a bathroom even though one bed is a pull out sofa bed.

The laundry machine was not great and there was no clothes dryer, the kitchen is small and not well suited to preparing much more than a basic small meal.

Great location. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the washing machine was a huge bonus.

The location was excellent. 2 minutes from St. Mark's basilica. The apartment was clean loved that they had 2 bathrooms.

It was hot and the AC did not really cool the rooms it made sleeping difficult. The pillows were flat and not comfortable. There was a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

Good location very convenient near to main attraction abt 5 min walk.

No lift so not easy to carry luggage. Water heater not functioning.No hot water for shower.

The property in the heart of Rialto! it very near the pier and Rialto bridge as well! very close to san marco square, to food shops and wet market for fresh fish and fruits in the morning! I couldn’t say anything more about the entire place and facilities! it is how its shown in the pictures. the owner Alberto, was very hands on as well and very accomodating! We were even late for check out because we disnt notice the time but he was so grand to wait for us and didn’t ask us to move out the apartment. he was patiently waiting for us outside, what a shame on our part. but nevertheless, he was very good!! i recommend his place for your stay in Venice!

Wide apartments, 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 air-conditioners. Modern, fresh and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. So, absolutely suitable also for longer stay. There is everything you need. Apartments are just 5 minutes away from San Marco.

Location was very good. Appartment was located on third floor, which is no problem for a healthy person. This also means no noice from the street. Aircondition was essential and working well so did the wifi.

Kitchen equipped with basic stuff, no scissors or bowls.

The location is amazing. The apartment has 3 bathrooms which is very ideal for the 3 of us.

Sometimes a lil bit noisy early in the morning.

Our host met us easily on our way into Venice. The apartment was excellent; clean and in a great location.

The only downside was loud neighbors late at night.

Location is superb. Easy to reach each side of Venice. Kitchen was well stuffed.

Master bed was firm and very comfortable. Stovetop Mocha Espresso coffee maker and coffe provided was also fantastic!

A bit noisy at night if the windows are open, but shutting windows fixes that completely.
