The property is maintained beautifully and our room was exactly as stated online. There was a little confusion with the check-in process, but that was easily resolved. The valet parking is an extra expense that I am not used to but not as expensive as other resorts in the area. They were very easy to work with and someone was always there to get our car for us. Overall, it was a great short trip.

All the conveniences were available and ample. The condo and property were very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely book again.

Condo was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family. Great location, beach access, and pool were an added bonus. Everything you need for a day at the beach can be found in the front closet. Mylene was so sweet to work with and we were very happy with everything.

The condo was perfect!!! The location was great, right next to the beach. Our host had everything we needed in the unit and was sure to check in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the area. Thank you so much for everything Mylene!!!

We enjoyed the stay, everything was very clean, the beach is walking distance, towels and beach necessities were included, lots of stuff to do in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and always stayed in touch.

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well stocked, including beach chairs, cooler, etc which was very convenient. The beach was just a short walk away and beautiful, and we enjoyed many restaurants and bars just a short Uber ride away. Communications with Mylene were good before and during our stay. A great time was had by all.

It was the perfect location and space for a girls trip! The only thing i would have liked was if there was a dresser in the second bedroom. however there is a walk in closet so we stored luggage in there! Otherwise, beautiful space with a walkout right to the beach and close to so much! Mylene was amazing with communication and we have no issues checking in early!

Nice and clean apartment with modern interior! Everything we need we could find in apartment including beach chairs and umbrellas! Love the location ! Great beach ! We enjoyed our stay and will rent it again for the next trip!

Property is as listed. Everything was clean and convenient. The property owner/manager was very responsive. It was nice to have access to both a pool and the beach. The availability of beach chairs, a boogie board, a few sand toys and pool noodles was a nice bonus— and very much appreciated. The beach was steps away. The main boardwalk area was about a 20-30 minute walk for us, with two 7 year olds. The Enjoy Cafe in the Tides next door had since good quick food/coffee options.

Really enjoyed the property and it’s proximity to the beach and Hollywood broadwalk.

We enjoyed our stay at Mylene’s condo. Below are the pros and cons. Pros: - Mylene is truly incredible. Her communication before, during, and after our stay was second to none. She responded very quickly to questions we had; she proactively anticipated questions we might have, letting us know in advance what to expect; and more. - The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were all very well stocked. We lacked nothing. - The unit is completely tiled, which is a great feature: especially for Florida. Several units we looked at online looked nice from the pictures, but the reviews talked about the carpet being disgusting. No need to be concerned about that with Mylene’s unit. - We didn’t use any of the building’s amenities (except for the parking facility). From what we saw, though, they were very nice (pool, fitness). - The in/out parking access was very easy/convenient. For unlimited in/out it was $10/day, but well worth it. - Zero issue with any of the electronics. Great wireless internet; the key fob entry to the building worked flawlessly (key fob issued/purchased upon arrival); the passcode to the door to the Unit is unique to each Guest (so all is very safe). - We came/went at various hours, and never did run into any traffic: even though the end of our stay overlapped with the first & second days of Ft Lauderdale’s notorious spring break. Cons: - We didn’t realize the unit was 1 ½ baths (instead of two). There was a shower/tub in only one of the bathrooms. I probably missed that fact in the ad. Not an issue for us, though. - We had four of us. We definitely did not take long showers, but the hot water ran out one day after the 2nd guest showered. - The second bedroom was clearly created by taking space from the Great Room. Still, there was plenty of room in the Great Room. So that some of the air conditioning might go into that second bedroom (since there was no ductwork there), though, the wall didn’t go all the way to the top for 2/3 of the bedroom’s width. The bedroom was still quite private, except for noise to/from the Great Room (given the opening). - We didn’t watch any TV. If we had, though, the TVs would have been small – especially in the main bedroom. I would suggest moving the TV from the Great Room to the bedroom, and purchasing a larger TV for the Great Room. - There is no washer/dryer in the unit. That could be an issue for longer stays.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a three week "work-cation" and it was perfect. The unit is roomy and has access to a beautiful beach. We like being on the second floor so we could take the stairs when needed, but the elevators were quick. The gym is fine - limited capacity due to Covid rules. The valet team is outstanding and very friendly. As other reviewers noted, a couple of the receptionists are not very friendly, but others are and it doesn't really matter once you are checked in. Parking was easy to use...self-park or valet. The view from the balcony is closer to the street than the ocean, however we looked out on palm trees in 80 degree temperatures so were quite happy. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Mylene was outstanding to deal with. Extremely fast responses and always willing to go the extra mile. Our first week there was unusually chilly so she purchased a room heater from Amazon and it was there quickly. Hollywood has great beaches, a fun board walk for walking, biking, roller-blading and people watching...couldn't have been happier with this choice!

We were there for one month and had a fantastic vacation. Very clean and well equipped.

The location was great with good access to beach, but there was a lot of street noise as you are only on the second floor. Apartment was extremely clean and all amenities as promised. Especially nice that they provide beach chairs.
