Narragansett Pier! Easy walk to seawall, food, shopping, playground - more!
Votre séjour se situe dans le quartier souhaitable de Narragansett Pier, offrant un accès facile à Narragansett Town Beach et au marché de Narragansett Pier (avec vue sur l'océan, boutiques et boutiques uniques, cafés et restaurants). La digue est à quelques pas de la maison, et à partir de là, vous pourrez déguster des fruits de mer / des glaces au Monahan's Clam Shack et / ou vous promener le long de l'océan jusqu'à la plage de Narragansett Town et à Pier Marketplace (à environ un mile de marche de la maison). Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à la rue Boon depuis la maison et parcourir les boutiques / galeries et / ou prendre de délicieux plats / boissons dans certains restaurants locaux tels que Bike Stop Café, Crazy Burger ou PJ’s Pub. Vous pouvez également profiter de la cour de récréation et BB sur Boon St. Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Judith Point Lighthouse, Block Island, manoirs et attractions de Newport RI, et bien plus ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture ou en ferry! Everything was perfect for our stay in Narragansett for my son's wedding; the accommodations, the weather, and the ceremony. One morning we saw three deer in the backyard.
Three minor problems at the house; a small hole in the front screen door; a loose part on the shower head in the downstairs bathroom, and a broken dresser drawer in the main downstairs bedroom. (Can provide pictures if necessary).

The house was in a perfect location and had everything that we needed for our stay. The screened in porch was great for hanging outside without the bugs! Our week flew by but we had a fantastic time at this house!

This property worked very well for our 5-person gathering of unrelated adults (friends, not couples). The bedrooms accommodated all of us without difficulty; we did not need the rollaway. The common spaces worked very well for our conversations and meals, and the screened porch was great on warm late afternoons. We appreciated that the kitchen had the basics (some oil, coffee, salt/pepper that can be missing from many rentals. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the easy access from US-1. Services were close by, as were good places to eat. And the owners were very responsive on our questions posed in advance of arrival. All is all, it was a great fit for us.

This beautifully decorated house was the perfect setting for me and my college friends to reunite and celebrate 40 years of friendship. The house is so comfortable and perfectly located - a quick walk to the wall where I watched the most beautiful sunrise. The porch is amazing and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed. It was a wonderful stay! Hope to use this house again in the future.

This was a long weekend with 9 girlfriends. The property worked very well for us. There were enough comfortable beds and the living space was nice and open so we could gather together and/or have some solitude if desired. We did have a couple minor housekeeping issues which were addressed by the owner. Check in was simple. Would certainly recommend!

Great property! The owners were super responsive, they provide passes to the town beach, which is awesome. The Town beach is walkable if you're not with kids, but if you're organized you can drop kids and stuff off, drive back, park and then walk. The house is perfect. We had two families with kids staying there and there was room for all. And there is a great screened-in porch for the adults to hang out on after the kiddos go to bed. Central air is a huge plus!

The house was very clean and had absolutely everything you would need. The screened in porch was the gathering spot with plenty of room for everyone, and the outdoor shower is pure heaven! John was very responsive and great to work with.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend and the place was perfect! Clean and comfortable, we loved mornings and evenings on the big screened in porch and the separate living areas on main and bottom floors were nice too. Check in was easy and the instructions and tips John left were helpful and clear.

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving away from home in cozy Narragansett. The check-in and communication with the owners was superb, they supplied everything we could need and more. I loved the convenience of nearby shopping and we really hope to come back again in the Summer to enjoy the nearby beaches. Everything was great!!

There were 6 adults staying in the Fall for a wedding. The house was perfectly located within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and even down to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard porch was fantastic!! Hosts were very responsive and communicative. Would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend.

Great Location, Great House
We soon learned that walking to the sites was easier than trying to find parking, especially since if all of us went & we needed to take 2 cars. The walk was easy, either on sidewalks or through a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and even storage containers. Wifi was very reliable, since a few of us needed to connect to work while there.

Just PERFECT
This was my first VRBO with a group of both family and friends. The Clafins were responsive, their home is beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The location is perfect, next to the sea wall and about a mile or so to the beach. Our stay could not have been more perfect. Thank you

Fabulous VRBO. Every convenience at the house. Two families can easily stay in this well designed/all amenities house with literally two living areas to offer some privacy if you have several people. EVERY last detail considered for guest comfort. EASY walking distance to the beach...restaurants, all that Narragansett has to offer. Flexible house
Property was well-suited for two separate families. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch and the take 1 give 1 extra supplies in the laundry room. Children's beach toys were ample.

Wonderful house! Perfect getaway!
My family wanted to go to the Nordic for my mom and my aunt's birthday. Having never been to RI before, this house appealed to me. The location near the beach is perfect, the spaciousness of the house, the accomodations were top notch. The bedrooms featuring the two beds is a bit uncomfortable for adults, but the other beds and the bedding were very comfortable. They allow use of the washer and dryer (rare for a lot of rentals), a stocked kitchen and the best screened in deck you'll ever enjoy! Every night was game night using the games they provided and to top it off they have cable TV with NFL Network and ESPN for us (we are a football family) to enjoy, which is also rare for rentals.
The host was responsive and very nice. Check in was a breeze. When you go, sign the guest book!

Excellent Vacation Rental
Fantastic house we could not wish for a better house for our family stay in Narragansett RI. Owners provided all that was included and more in their house listing. Our family included five adults and two children. The house was very spacious and we all could spread about to be comfortable. My favorite place screened sun porch with twinkle lighting for night ambience. Beaches close and very beautiful. Spent time on one of the beaches every day of our week stay. Family favorite was Narragansett Town Beach. Meals were a wonderful part of our stay. Cooked in kitchen had everything we needed. Fantastic seafood restaurants very close by. Ordered delivery a few times was fun too.
Many wonderful memories were made and we hope to return to our vacation house rental in Narragansett again.

Awesome Home: Wonderful Owners!
Our entire family was very happy and impressed with the house. It is a very clean house, and it had extra amenities we were happy to find such as their First Aid and Sewing Kits! It has a well-stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans, including a lobster pot! Our grandchildren enjoyed the use of their boogie boards. The backyard garden was a large area that the kids enjoyed. The Weber bbq grill was a real treat! Best of all, this property was only a 5 minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, and a 10 min. walk to the sea wall overlooking Narragansett Bay.

Fantastic Family Vacation House
This a well-stocked and nicely laid out house. The two levels are ideal for adults to be up top and the kids downstairs to have their own space. Great location. The owners were very clear on instructions and answered any questions quickly. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Narragansett. While our family is from Virginia, our roots are in Narragansett Great house and set up with lots of accoutrements for beach and for cooking. We spent a ton of time on sizeable screened porch. Great spot!

We have been going to RI for vacation for 12 years and this has been the best rental we have ever had! So clean, fantastic location and incredibly well stocked with everything you could need! We highly recommend this rental!
