The location to airport very good, breakfast was amazing and the driver (Ervin)who picked us up from the airport was very accommodating. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice hotel, pool near rooms. 600 m to walk to the nice Duamluan beach.

Really comfortable beds, clean and nice bathroom.
We waited at the airport for 35 minutes for the ordered transfer (I confirmed on the day of arrival that it would be there). No one was at the agreed place, even though we waited over 35 minutes and no one responded to the messages on the booking. That can happen, but to come to the reception with a question that we were waiting for a transfer and it was there, and the lady arrogantly started laughing at us that we had not ordered any transfer. Then when we took the room card and went towards the room she started laughing loudly behind us, we are not that stupid and when we turn around and you start laughing loudly and saying the word pickup, I guess everyone understands. I'll never come here again because of this lady, and neither will my friends, we'd really hate that. If she says sorry, there's a mistake somewhere, I'll check it out, I'll say sure, that can happen, no worry. But this was really bad.

The staff was super friendly and they offered free rides to the airport even at night. The room was perfectly clean, and comfortable and had all the stuff I might need. Location is also good, only few minutes from airport.

I really love their staff and all of them were very accommodating and helpful, from airport pickup to drop
Off. The facility is clean with good air-condition. The location is very accessible as it’s just across the road and just infront of time square which has restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and coffee shops.
Nothing that highlights the only thing I noticed is they don’t have closet or other storage for cloths.

The hotel is very closed to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus each hour. You need to book in advance the shuttle and be there 10 min in advance. Room has everything you need for a short stay. The room was clean, beds confortable.
The hotel account was hacked and I have got a scam both on email and mobile. I had to block my card after accesing the scam link. The hotel accepted to pay only at the hotel.
In the room were only two towels for two people and they looking a bit grey.

La cama era cómoda. El personal amable y tenía una pequeña terraza en la entrada.
El desayuno no estaba mal pero no había mucha variedad.
La habitación estaba bien pero esperaba algo más de iluminación.
El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.

Pohodlná postel, dobře vybavený pokoj a velmi funkční koupelna. Dobrá sprcha (silný proud, teplá voda). Největší plus je bezplatný transport z/na letiště. Fungoval spolehlivě a na čas. V ceně ubytování jsou snídaně které nenadchnou, ani neurazí. Na jednu noc určitě doporučuji. V okolí hotelu je mnoho stravovacích možností.
Největší problém je hluk z ulice. Okna neizolují a pokud jste citlivější na ruchy v tomto hotelu se nevyspíte.

Quite noisy as it’s on the busy street and at the beginning of runway so you hear planes take offs quite loudly. Airport departures is actually not so close.

Super pünktlicher shuttle, der uns kostenlos zum Flughafen gefahren hat. Outlet und 2 malls in hotelnähe, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut und lecker! Zimmer sehr sauber!
Bad sehr klein und roch immer stark nach Abwasser! Bilder schöner als Realität, daher war die Erwartung eine etwas andere!

I like how nice and friendly the employees were. I like the location of the hotel which was near 7/11 and airport. And I like the room which cand with makeup table, hot water and bed lights on the end of bed frame. I would highly recommend this place!

There was free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Food places, supermarkets and minimarts are walking distance from the hotel. Staff were helpful.
Perhaps the toilet could include a floor mat, spare toilet paper and a holder for the soap. It got a bit difficult keeping the toilet neat and dry at times.

Very close to the airport. Very close to lots of food options, right on the street. Airport pickup! Clean, comfortable rooms, quiet! Breakfast was pretty good.
The 500 peso deposit. That was a first for me in the Philippines. I understand the whole deposit thing but I wonder how many people forget about it.

Sower doors leak water into the rest of the bathroom area. My flight was moved 5 hours and I asked for a 1pm checkout and the front desk denied me. 1 Extra hour. Also the front desk denied me a 1pm transfer to the airport due to driver unavalabe. When I asked the driver, he said it wouldn't be a problem but the lady at the front desk refused me. I should of called for the manager.
