Poolside Villa No 10, at Sands Resort, With Sunny Aspect.
Situé sur le Sands Beach Resort, un superbe complexe indépendant en bord de mer doté de nombreux équipements, dont des bars, 2 restaurants, une boutique, une salle de sport, un centre de remise en forme, un jacuzzi et un court de tennis. Il y a un certain nombre de bars, restaurants et magasins à moins de 5 minutes à pied et le centre-ville est à 15 minutes de marche le long de la plage. La villa est située sur le côté ensoleillé de la piscine et le logement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée (une marche dans la salle de bain) et comprend un salon / cuisine / salle à manger décloisonné avec lit double rabattable, une chambre avec un lit king-size et une salle de douche. avec zone de lavage séparée. Pour les sports nautiques plus actifs sont disponibles à la plage, les conditions sont idéales pour la planche à voile, location de vélos est disponible sur le complexe et le parcours de golf est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Des suppléments tels que poussette, lit et chaise haute, etc. sont disponibles via mon gardien.

We had a great stay in this villa, clean & tidy, fans available to use, with a fitted ceiling fan in the bedroom, comfortable king size bed, this was our 2nd stay in this villa, would definitely stay there again.

Villa was of decent quality, sofa was clean and comfortable, kitchen was clean, well equipped and of good standard. The bed was very comfortable with a good memory foam mattress, pillows were a bit poor tho, the wardrobe was great with loads of hangers. Bathroom had a couple of mouldy bits and maybe would benefit from some bleach on them, the shower was great and had good pressure. Thought the basin arrangement was a bit weird but work ok, only drawback with the sinks being outside the bathroom and between the lounge and bedroom was all our toiletries were on display. TV was a bit of a faff to get on but after I messaged Ciaran we managed it fine, maybe worth providing instructions in the villa. The only thing missing was Wifi but it isn't included and this is clear on the listing. Overall we were happy with the villa and compared to others on the resort was of a good standard. Its a wee walk to the shops etc but not too far. Good for older couples off season and probably good for families in the summer.

The south-facing location of this Apartment is unquestionable. Regrettably though, the apartment desperately needs some TLC.

Lovely appartment, although a bit tired, had everything plus more that you need. Great sunny aspect next to a lovely pool...HOWEVER the bedroom backs on to the training pool and we were woken EVERY morning without fail as early as 6am, latest 7am, with coaches bellowing instructions. There is a heavy foot fall at times at the front as it is the main route to the restaurant. Have stayed at sandsbeach lots of times before in March and knew triathletes trained here, but have never been disturbed quite like this. This aside the property was great.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely accommodation, owner was very responsive with any questions we had , lovely location cozy nights in or cozy Spanish nights out , would highly recommend, would definitely stay at this accommodation again

Lovely apartment when we went to use washing machine it did not work there was no trays for oven and we know about covid but we had the same towels for 2 weeks but everything was fine great place to stay even tried to book it next year but the dates we wanted it fully booked which we understand why

Birthday holiday
We liked the Sands Beach Resort however the whole complex could do with an upgrade as looking very tired including the apartment. The shower was not hot only warm but this is not the owners fault this is supplied via Sands Beach. This however was resolved towards the end of our stay after communicating with the owner and the complex a couple of times. The shower could do with updating as cracked tiles and mould. We had a problem with the oven but was resolved albeit a bit fiddly. Also we had a problem with the washing machine and found the belt had broken but the owner was very quick to get this fixed. Sunbeds were in short supply and the ones that were there were very poor and need to be replaced. Overall we loved Costa Teguise and will be returning. The pool opposite the apartment isn't heated and was icy cold. Owner was very quick to respond to messages at all times and very apologetic when things weren't right

Vacances reposantes
Le logement est situé dans un resort très bien entretenu et très propre avec piscine (non chauffée) pour chaque quartier. La plage est proche.
Les photos représentent tout à fait la réalité.
Le logement est assez grand et parfait pour 2 personnes. La déco date un peu, mais compte tenu du tarif très abordable, cela ne nous a pas gêné. Le ménage est fait, mais pas vraiment dans les coins. Il serait nécessaire de changer les housses du canapé et du fauteuil.
N'ayant pas de voisins en cette période de décembre, nous étions au calme et avons très bien dormi.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, car compte tenu du Covid, nous ne sommes pas allés au seul restaurant du resort ouvert.
Le séjour à Lanzarote est vraiment dépaysant, et en une semaine, vous avez de quoi être occupé avec toutes les visites à faire.
Cette petite parenthèse en hiver avec un temps printannier nous a enchanté. Nous recommandons cette location et l'île de Lanzarote.

Sands Beach Resort
Sands beach resort is a very nice family friendly resort on the outskirts of Costa Teguise a 15 minute walk to the centre of the resort. The property is ideally situated within Sands. It is very tired looking inside it certainly hasn’t been refurbished as the advert says and when we arrived we had to give it a good clean before it was ready.

Fantastic resort
Booked this villa through home away for 7 days and it was perfect for our needs, lovely living area, ideal kitchen area well stocked for all our needs nice bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower, the resort itself was lovely with several activities, especially for the fitness brigade, tho we were happy to sit in our front area with a glass of something nice, happily recommend

Apartamento muy bonito
Como en las fotos, muy bonito y el resort muy cómodo. El único defecto es que la conexión Wifi depende del resort y hay que pagar aparte por eso le doy 4 estrellas a la ubicación. El propietario siempre muy atento a cualquier duda. Sin duda queremos repetir el año que viene.

Muy cómodo y espacioso
Hemos estado muy a gusto, es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Muy bien equipada, unicamente echamos en falta una cafetera. Ideal para unas vacaciones relajadas.

Amazing villa in an excellent location.
This apartment was one of the best bookings we have ever made. For our family it had everything we could have wanted. It was immaculately clean and have all of the amenities we could have wanted or needed which is always a concern of ours. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed making to make it a home away from home. The bathroom and sleeping facilities were fabulous, comfortable and everything we could have wanted.
This location of this apartment couldn’t be better, it is located in front of the swimming pool ant is right beside the coast. This meant we had a holiday that was ideal for us.
We have spent 4 years going to Costa Teguise and I would have no problem recommending it and this hotel to my family and friends. The Sands Beach is a perfect location for families and you are guaranteed to have an amazing, stress free, enjoyable holiday.
