We love this place. Right across the street from the beach, and the deck has a 270* view which is just awesome. Everything is very clean, communication from the owner was excellent and fast, and we had an amazing vacation.

The location is perfect. You can see the water from the deck. There are beautiful wildflowers planted in front of the boardwark. The property was very clean and organized. Communication from the property manager was excellent. Instructions were very clear. Everything worked as expected. There were no problems or surprises. It was the perfect getaway for our family at a very important time. Thank you!!

This was our second stay at this location and it is truly wonderful! The weather wasn’t perfect but there was still a ton to do. It’s walking distance to the boardwalk, mini golf, and bagels in the morning. Wednesday nights walk down to the beach and see the fireworks. It’s right across the street! Our grill ran out of propane and Rosemary answered immediately telling us where to get another tank in the shed. Great stay, great location, and we’ll be back!

Wonderful place, clean, roomy, most necessities. Location amazing. Recommend couple minor things, games, sealable storage containers, and the biggest was pictures need updated as you do not see the beAch from upstairs unit. Owner was very responsive!

My family loved our weeklong trip. The house is in a perfect location right by the showers coming off the beach. It was nearby lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and bakery’s. The house was very clean and updated. My favorite part was sitting on the deck or inside in the living room and looking out right onto the ocean. I would definitely recommend!

Beach is close by! Both times we were there we did have trouble with access directly across the street from the house because of beach washout/rebuilding but it was a quick walk or drive just down the street to an open beach! Beautiful views right off the porch to see the ocean and sunset!

Great stay
We had an amazing week staying at this lovely condo. Everything was as advertised and this is the perfect turnkey home base for a great beach vacation. Three good sized bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen, good AC, steps from the beach and a great view. Having three parking spots is a plus if you have guests and location is walkable to both Lavalette and Seaside boardwalks, though the place itself is situated in a quiet part of Ortley. The proprietor (Rosemary) is extremely responsive - only good things to say about the full experience.

Beautiful vacation!
The house was amazing. Very clean! Everything we needed was there. Rosemary was easily accessible and very helpful. Check-in/check-out was simple. Can’t say enough. Hope to be a repeat client!!!!

Amazing View
The view can't be beat. There are quite a few stairs so if you have difficulty walking on stairs that can be an issue. I got good needed exercise. The location was awesome. The host was responsive. I do recommend this place. Remember to bring your own linnens.

Wonderfully Family Beach Week
This place was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are 7 and 10 and shared the bunk room my husband and I had a room and Grandma had a room to herself as well. Everyone was comfortable.
The only tiny complaint I had about the place was that there is nothing to darken the windows in the morning so I was up at 5:30 am with the sun. I would recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are used to a darker room.
The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The outdoor shower was so awesome for cleaning up our kids after the beach.
The terrace was wonderful for hanging out. The beach was not crowded and was just across the street. We also had a very nice time visiting both the Casino Pier/Breakwater beach waterpark (5 min drive) and the pier and aquarium up in Pt. Pleasant (20 min drive).
We enjoyed several wonderful meals at nearby restaurants and got takeout a couple times as well.
Definitely 5 stars, we really enjoyed our week!

Great view in Ortley
We definitely enjoyed the ocean view from the nice windows and deck. Even though it rained most of the Memorial Day weekend the accommodations were nice to stay in. Plenty of room for all to enjoy.

Wonderful vacation
I had stayed here 2 weeks previously with my daughter’s family so I packed lighter this time. Rosemary has all the basics covered (hand soaps, garbage bags, dishwashing detergents, etc). It is the perfect location, comfortable beds!, and 2 full baths. Will be back!

Wonderful family beach getaway
We were extremely lucky to find this house. It was right across from the beach with unobstructed views. All the basic necessities were provided. Grocery stores and a local farm store were very close by. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely go again next summer.

House was clean, neat, all kitchen amenities, across street from beach, close to restaurants, boardwalk carnival, water park, minigolf and food store. Would recommend this to all my friends and family, will be staying here again and again. Five stars plus one.

Great view, clean and all appointments are new and in excellent condition. Close walk to boardwalk and lots of shops, but far enough away you can escape the noise and enjoy the peace of the ocean.
