Bernie was a welcoming host and the property was as described, in a quiet location at the north end of Palm Cove. It was an ideal location for our trip to the Ironman and gave us perfect access to the start and transition area away from the hustle and bustle of the Esplanade. Bernie was available as needed and our stay was trouble free. Well recommended!

Part of a large complex but at one end,downstairs,over looking the pool/bbq area. Set in a well maintained tropical setting. The unit was very well equipped, everything in good working order. We would not hesitate to go again. Excellent.

We had 8 nights in this quaint apartment and didn’t want to leave. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more, close to the pool, bbq, and wallaby’s at our doorstep. Also just a short stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Had everything we needed for our time away.

The apartment was clean, well presented and had all the amenities required for a home away from home. The pool is literally off the patio area and being on the end was quiet with the wallabies only visiting via the garden. The esplanade is a pleasant 10-15min walk away. We would visit again!

My family loved our stay in palm cove, the owner was very hopeful, thanks to Bernie. It was the best place i stay at while visiting Cairns.

Very well equipped property ten steps away from the pool, and the children enjoyed it fully. 1 minus point: NO exhaust fan in the bathroom.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Nice pool and bbq which is just outside the front door.About a 15 minute walk to the beach and Palm Cove Eslpanade which I thought was magical. Bernie was very helpful and always prompt with his communication. The whole experienc e from time of booking was great and happy to recommend.

Excellent unit with everything you could possibly ask for. Our Mum was up from Northern NSW and loved it.

We had a wonderful stay, the unit was well equipped. We loved having the pool and BBQ literally five steps from our door. The owners were fantastic to deal with. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet escape.

Apartment was absolutely comfortable and relaxing, Convenient and practical to whatever how one intends to spend time exploring Palm Cove and surrounds.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks and found it to be great!! We are a family of 5 and we all loved the ground floor access direct to the pool, the BBQ just at the front of our door step (And how it was cleaned daily) was very pleasant. Easy walk to the main strip and the Coles on-line home delivery direct to our door made shopping that bit easier. We stayed at Bernie's unit over the Easter Break. The whole family of five enjoyed the stay, push bike riding, swimming and my wife had the luxury of a massage all at the resort.We ventured down to the esplanade with more options of ocean craft hire and restaurants etc.We stumbled across a local fish and chip shop at the local Clifton Beach shopping centre. Coral trout and Barramundi on the menu.We hope to visit again soon!!!!

This place is fantastic and affordable for a family holiday (family of 5 in our case). Recently refurbed and all the facilities you need including full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, Foxtel. Didn't have a free Wifi but easy enough to buy a dongle if you need it. Ground floor within 10 metres of the bbq and great swimming pool, access to larger swimming pool another 30 metres away and access to all the Novatel facilities and sports centre for golf, tennis, gym, lap pool etc.... Nice walk down to the most amazing beach with gorgeous views of the bay and islands, jetty with fishing, protected swimming area on the beach and great restaurants and bar. Easy reach of Cairns, Pt Douglas, Daintree, Barrier reef, and wonderful waterfalls up through the mountains where you can find great swimming holes. Useful to hire a car but not essential. The owner Bernie made it available at an exceptional price - thankyou for a wonderful holiday.
