Un an comme nouvelle maison magnifique sur 30A dans la subdivision Highlands Parks dans la région de Blue Mountain Beach à Santa Rosa Beach, en Floride! Parfait pour 2 petites familles ou une grande famille! Ou parfait pour une escapade entre filles !! (Doit être âgé de 25 ans ou plus pour louer) La maison se trouve à quelques pas de la piscine, du bain à remous, du foyer pour le feu, des télévisions murales et des postes de cuisson sur le bord de la piscine! À quelques minutes de 3 accès à la plage, y compris Gulf Place Beach Access, accès par Goatfeathers sur 30-A et accès par le célèbre magasin de crème glacée Ice Creamery sur 30-A. Nous avons 4 vélos dans notre garage pour votre usage. Si vous en avez besoin davantage, vous pouvez louer des vélos dans les magasins à proximité si vous choisissez de vous rendre à l’un des 3 accès à la plage. We’ve stayed with Pam and David quite a few times, and their property, service, and hospitality never disappoint. We highly recommend this beautiful home for its cleanliness, spaciousness, prime location, and amenities. We love the close proximity to the community pool and the lovely restaurant and ice cream shop right down the road. We have five children ranging in age from 16-9 and the home is perfect for our family. We will be back soon!

We were a large group of 12 and everyone loved the place.The house was very Beautiful, clean , cozy and comfortable. Pam and David thought about each and everything about their guest while planning the stay. Location was close to very nice beaches and had all the good restaurants nearby. Pam and David was very helpful in guiding and helping us whenever we had any questions or looking for any recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

House is immaculate and well appointed. Steps away from large community pool and hot tub. Pam the host is an excellent communicator. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and will definately be back next year. Highly recommend!! Rent a golf cart for easy access to area attractions and go to Mimmo’s and Shunk Gulley for a great meal.

We just completed a fun filled week at Pam & David's Sweet Peaches Beach House. Everything was clean and in great condition. It was exactly as advertised. We appreciated how Pam was very responsive and informative. The beautiful community pool was two doors down and we spent a lot of time there. Will definitely return when coming back to the 30A area.

My family of 5 visit 30A every Spring Break & we’re normally last minute booking a house for the week - this home was the best we’ve visited! The location is perfect, short walk to the heated pool, bikes on the property and a short ride to the beach. We have teenagers that love their own space and we had just enough room for everyone. Pam and David communicated with us upon arrival and were very accommodating after our departure.

This home is the perfect beach getaway! It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, very clean, and has absolutely everything that you need. It is light and airy and the 2 outdoor porches were great for relaxing. It’s close to the large community pool and is a quick drive or easy bike ride to the beach. Everything looks new and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I really can’t compare to anything as this was our 1st trip to the beach and using VRBO. Total process was very easy. Our host was just amazing, kept checking in on us and quick response for any questions. The house was immaculately clean and very new. We were 3 houses down from the resort style pool which was perfect for all of our kids ranging from 19-3 years old. The pool ranges in depth from very shallow to a spot in the corner that was 6ft deep. The pool area and bathrooms were very clean. I know this is a neighborhood and HOA keeps track of pool, but it would be nice if they had a small concession stand at pool for guest. The pool has security but no life gaurd. Not a big deal, I thought the security was a nice touch. The house came with just about everything you needed for your beach trip. We are not early risers, and to get a spot at these beaches on 30A you need to be. However it worked out perfect for us, each day we went to the beach around 2pm and found a spot when the morning people were leaving. Back to the house, it has everything you need if you want to save money and cook your meals. Two nice size porches for morning coffee, plenty of bicycles, my 15 year old enjoyed riding solo through the small hilly neighborhood. All house and yards were very well maintained. Lots of local food places for dining out if that’s your thing. This is the perfect place for a big family friendly vacation. A Walmart and a Publix Grocery store is a couple miles away if you need.

No complaints, no false advertising. Everything was as described in the listing. The only thing I would recommend is if you cook in a rice pot like me, bring ur own or u will have to try cooking your rice on the stove. I also feel the checkout should be a little later than 10am even if 11am. 10am is a fairly early checkout if I would say so myself. But overall perfect stay. I knew the checkout time before I booked it so there is that…… Just my recommendations…..

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the location and convenience of being only 3 houses from the pool, hot tub and grilling area. The beach access that we like the best was across from Stinky’s so it was easy to walk up to get lunch!! The teens enjoyed the bikes that came with the house to head to the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery! We will definitely be back!

This property is everything you’d want in a vacation. Impeccably clean (and I am a tough critic) and well maintained. Steps from the pool and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My personal favorite part is the spacious covered porches- there are two and while both are wonderful, the backyard one is so peaceful and serene! Would absolutely return here and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well decorated place to relax with friends or family!

Wonderful week for family to chill by the pool and take outings to the beach! This property is just a few houses from the pool area which is an oasis within itself. The property is a mile from the beach so riding the rented golf cart or bikes got us there quicker. The neighborhood and area were very family friendly which is what we enjoyed the most. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed a quiet breakfast every morning on the covered back porch.

The house was beautiful, maintained, and clean. There is ample beach supplies to make packing light. The owner’s were responsive to all of our questions and gave us helpful information about the area in order to make our vacation more enjoyable. Beach access is a short ride away and the beautiful community pool is located two houses down. We would love to stay at this property again.

This was our second time at Blue Mountain Beach and we loved it! This house has everything you ever need in a vacation home. The beds and sheets are top quality, very nicely decorated. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked, there’s a second fridge and cooler in the garage. Plus there’s toys and chairs for the beach. They also have bikes so we ended up only bringing our little kids bikes. The house is three houses away from an amazing resort style pool, which was a plus for the kids and adults. The owners are very nice and always available for any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful vacation home!

We had an amazing time at this house! It was incredibly equipped with everything you need to make it a fun and relaxing stay! Family Fun
Our family - me, my husband, our two daughters (7 and 9), our mothers, my brother and his family, went to celebrate my oldest turning nine.
The owners provided an amazing home-away-from-home for our stay. The house was incredibly clean, and decorated very nicely. Also, the location was just ideal in that the neighborhood pool is steps from the front of the home and the multiple beach accesses are a mile away.
We had an incredible visit going out and sitting around at night playing games that the hosts thoughtfully provided. Just can’t say enough positive about the home and thank Pam and David enough for the wonderful location for this special family event.

Very clean, updated, and fully stocked!
Pam and David were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Their house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. They had more than enough beach chairs, bikes, kitchen/bath supplies, games, and seating both inside and outside. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets were larger than we were expecting too! First of all, the owner is the BEST! Pam truly has thought of everything that you could possibly need at the house; no detail is overlooked. She was very communicative, and I'm sure got tired of my nonstop messages asking questions LOL, but she was always so pleasant and informative.
It worked out that we were able to get an early check-in. She tries her hardest to make that happen for you. The house was spotless! She's got a great housekeeper. Everything was squeaky clean. The house is so beautiful and comfortable. The layout and spacing is just right for a house full. Really appreciated the extra half bath downstairs. Everyone was just so comfortable! The house is stocked with anything you may need (extra pillows, blankets, etc.) SO appreciated having beach chairs, toys and cooler available, and also the extra fridge in the garage. House came with 6 bikes as well, which we all loved getting to use.
Location is ideal!!! First, 3 doors down from pool which makes it very convenient for quick trips back to the house. Pool area is fantastic by the way! The neighborhood itself is in a great spot. So close to eateries and the beach. We never had to use our car, just hopped on a bike, or you can rent a golf cart if you'd like (everyone does.)

AMAZING house, host, and time on 30A!
This was our first visit to the area. The house was beautiful. The layout worked well for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the beach stuff was so helpful!
The host was great, and always quick to respond as we had questions and upon our arrival.
The area is a bit further from beaches (.5 mile to 1 mile), but definitely close enough. We love to explore towns, so we went to different beaches every day anyway!
We would highly recommend this house, home, and area!

30A Vacay
Pam and David’s house is beautiful and so clean. We had everything we needed for our 7 night stay including a well stocked kitchen of pots, pans, and dishes for preparing meals, clean towels and sheets, plenty of bikes to ride to the beach or restaurants and shops in the area, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys. The second full size refrigerator in the garage was perfect for our extra food and drinks. The house is so close to the pool, which we rarely used because we spent most of our time at the beautiful beaches, but we did use the grill which was very convenient. The pool area is very clean and well kept. In fact, the entire neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Its location is perfectly situated near some of 30A’s most beautiful beaches, fun shopping areas, Shrimper’s Seafood Market where we got fresh seafood to cook, and trendy restaurants. Pam and David truly want their guests to have a great time, and their attention to details and friendly responses to our questions made that clear. They are excellent hosts. Thank you!

Excellent-will stay here again!
I will definitely stay here again as well as recommend to anyone and everyone else. The owners Pam and David are communicating on a regular basis and eager to make sure the stay is great. The house was in great shape and exactly as listed it had plenty of room for all 9 of us us, with no problem. There was 7 bikes, at least 6 beach chairs as well as other toys for the beach. The location is really great and only three houses from the community pool.
I would recommend this property to anyone.

Wow Pam and David’s house was absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for a better house, location or owners. Pam was such a great communicator. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay! The porches were our favorite hangout spots and the beds were oh so comfortable! The house was only a few houses away from the resort like pool and the kids loved it there!! Overall, we loved our stay and were sad when it came to an end. We will definitely be back to the beautiful 30A and will rent from Pam and David again. Thank you for a five star experience!!!!

Great place for a family vacation
Everything about this house is great! Our hosts were the best, constantly giving advise on check in procedure, local attractions, beach access, and the items available for our use at the house. This was definitely the nicest house we have ever stayed in while on vacation! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances and cooking equipment. The garage was full of beach items and bicycles- everything you need for fun on the beach. The awesome pool with cabana was only two houses down. There is three public beach areas in bike riding distance, about a mile, we took one vehicle and some of the bikes There are 8 adults and 2 babies in our family, and we all agreed this was the place to stay!

Home is beautiful and very well furnished. Lots of room for 11 of us. Location just steps from pool was great. Probably the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Definitely would stay again.
