Tony is very easy to communicate with. You will be surprised when you walk in, it’s way bigger than it looks outside and the work he’s done inside the apartment is just stunning. It’s feels like you’re in an actual house with very good insulation and sturdiness in the walls and floors unlike some apartments. The bathroom is just beautiful and about the size of a bedroom. You’ll have everything you need. I told him I didn’t want to leave lol!

This little studio apartment was a gem. It was exactly as described and Tony (the host) was always a phone call or text away. Every detail at check in was so above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the hospitality that was provided for us. My husband and I spent a week here to celebrate our 27th anniversary and it’s a close drive to Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, Charleston and Folly Beach. We enjoyed every one of those locations and the best food at each. This studio apartment was refreshing to come home to every day and we truly felt like we were home away from home. We will most definitely book this place again. Thank you, Tony!

My husband and I cam to stay foe the week while we were visiting my sister. Its not a far drive to the beach or downtown Charelston. Very quite and private which was nice. The free wine and snacks were also so nice. We would definitely stay with Tony again when we come back!

The property is in a humble neighborhood in N. Charleston, but don't let that fool you! We walked in and were taken aback by how lovely the room is. Dark wood and dim lighting gave the place a cabin vibe. The tub with jets was a big surprise. Tony is a great host and we can't wait to come back. Book this place!!! It's a great deal.

By looks of the outside and surrounding homes, we were worried what we were going to be walking into. However, the inside was very well put together, updated, and was the perfect amount of space for my husband and myself with our 2 infants’ pack n plays. We were graciously surprised by a bottle of wine offered by the host and snacks/drinks. It was the perfect welcoming that we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Tony was a great host! Thought of everything in this home! We loved our stay! Loved everything from the eccentric decor, the beautiful huge tub, the complimentary wine and snacks, the music playing on the patio, and the chocolates on the pillows! This studio was definitely a pleasant surprise!

In the area for a couple of days for women's tennis on Daniel Island, just across the bridge from N. Charleston, so super convenient, right off the interstate. Everything inside was spic and span, with complimentary wine and other welcome extras. Great communication checking in and during our stay, with a comfortable bed and cozy studio living area, a well-stocked kitchen, large bathroom, and laundry area. Will definitely stay again for future events in the Charleston area. Totally satisfied!

What a lovely place, driving up I was skeptical, but once we opened the door I knew I made the right choice. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We arrived late afternoon, to a bottle of wine and soda in the fridge. Crisps and biscuits on the dresser and mints on the bed made it feel so homely. We stayed for 14 nights and halfway through Tony cleaned the apartment, changed the bedding, and restocked the snacks, fridge, and wine.
We will rebook when we visit our daughter again, this was value for money and the extras made it worth it.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in. The studio was spotless and very nicely appointed and furnished. The host has thought of the guests in every way with many amenities that made the stay seamless, such as coffee creamers, spices, and all necessary kitchen items, for example. He was attentive to details and made himself available for any questions or concerns. Location is easy access to main travel routes. While the neighborhood is not upscale, it is a safe, quiet neighborhood and the apartment could not have been any better! Highly recommend.

VIP TREATMENT!! We are traveling musicians who've travelled around the world. We must say, this is the best place we have stayed in- don't let the middle class exterior fool you-truly a diamond in the rough! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry & bath! Our unit had a large screen TV & a garden jet tub that worked perfectly! Mints on pillows & bottle of wine completed the full VIP experience! This will be our go-to spot in North Charleston for all future visits!

The outside of the property is in a neighborhood right off a main road. Outside at night was a little noisy but the room is well insulated and cozy. We found everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. We did have to turn off the ice maker since it was so noisy at night. It had a well stocked kitchen and huge TV. We would stay again

This property was amazing. Tony did an amazing job on the room. The full kitchen was wonderful. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful addition and relieved sore muscles after a long day. The studio was beautifully decorated and amazing lighting for a romantic getaway. The wine and snacks provided by the host was a really night addition. The sweet cats on the porch was just a delightfully wonderful addition. We plan to book here again next year!! Stay here you wont regret it!

The best place to stay! Within 15-20 minute drive of all the main attractions Charleston has to offer and is located away from all the major traffic. I loved the music playing when I arrived, the bottle of wine, the treats, the thank you note, everything about this property was beyond expectations. The host also doesn’t require you to clean or do laundry before checkout. This is the only place in Charleston I will stay.
