Une énorme unité de 2 étages pour vous. Grande lumière naturelle, deux zones de télévision avec 70 "TV et 55" TV flambant neuf. C'est dans un super quartier (LakeView / Lincoln Park) à proximité d'excellents restaurants et de la vie nocturne. En été, il s’agit d’une promenade de 7 pâtés de maisons qui descend directement dans la rue menant à Wrigley Field. 1 bloc de marche à Brown Line 'L' Train qui peut vous rendre n'importe où dans la ville.

Our party was in Chicago for our son’s wedding. The location is perfect for walking to train or restaurants or parks for kids. We hosted a small gathering for both families to meet and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again, thank you Dustin!

This spot was a great location close to wrigley and everything we had planned out. Lots of places to sleep (that’s all we did at the house really) and clean. Neighbors were nice too. Safe spot. Would highly recommend for a group!

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Our son is a student at DePaul and we were able to host and grill for some of his friends one evening and do plenty of walking around the city. Would recommend!

Absolutely the best VRBO house! The neighborhood is adorable with easy street parking plus garage spot included. Easy access to Diversey or Wellington train stops. We were in town for the Iowa Hawkeye football game at Wrigley and enjoyed the easy 15 min walk down Sheffield to the festivities! Five couples stayed in the home and the owner went above and beyond stocking the home with everything we needed from tinfoil, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, bedding, pillows, blankets and so much more! The owner invested in comfortable mattresses (both beds and rollaway), pillows and family/kitchen furniture. The layout of the house is perfect for entertaining with two family rooms including TVs (great for playing Saturday football) and an open concept kitchen. The weather was gorgeous, so we enjoyed the front and back patio outdoors. The bathrooms are a nice size/space for multiple guests. It’s great having a first-floor full bathroom as well. The sleeping arrangements upstairs are slightly close quarter with multiple people sleeping in one room, but that is part of the fun on a VRBO trip plus the mattresses are so comfortable everyone slept great! We will definitely rent again!

Incredible spot. The house is beautiful, the host had more than enough of everything to accommodate our large group. Checking in and out was effortless.
The location was fantastic. There are plenty of fun things to do and great spots to eat within a few minutes of walking. The only issue we had was deciding who got to pick where we ate at. Great neighborhood!
No complaints at all. We had a great trip and would not hesitate to book again next time we are in the area. Cannot recommend high enough.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 11 people there to sleep. The property does sleep more and is great as long as you are comfortable sharing sleeping space. We appreciated the host accommodating our requests. Having a parking space in the garage was wonderful. The neighborhood area was nice to walk in and had places to eat close by.

Two blocks from the brown line, close to great restaurants, and a block from Starbucks. Neighborhood felt safe while walking at night. Beds comfortable. Plenty of sitting space for a family to gather. Owner quick to respond and very flexible!

The house was great! Our friends and us had an amazing time and were very comfortable. The sprawling setup was great for when we were all sitting around chatting and the patio was great to relax in during the Chicago summer. Super close walks to so much fun stuff and good food. Highly suggest this spot

My wife and 8 friends were able to enjoy thier girltime in a spacious beautiful home in the Lakeview community. Dustin was exceptional and made the whole process of checking-in/out worry free. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering visiting Chicago or a staycation.

We loved the house and neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly. We’re huge Cubs fans and took in a game. I definitely recommend this house to anyone. Great for families. Very spacious and welcoming Thanks for the memories!

The location, property owner and ease of checking in/out were all basically perfect. The problems that me and my group of 12 struggled with were the close sleeping quarters and cleanliness of the house. I would highly recommend hiring a different cleaning company as they did not do a thorough job in between the previous guests stay, and mine. We found a plethora of single use earplugs under the master bed, there were french fries embedded in the living room shag carpet, and the standard overall cleanliness lacked. As for the sleeping arrangements, I truly do not know how 20 guests can sleep there when we had a rough time fitting 12 comfortably, especially since all the temporary beds were upstairs and could not carry downstairs. I wanted to really love the place, but these factors took away from the overall beauty of the home.

Such wonderful, prompt communication from the owner. Absolutely darling, clean home. So easy to check in and out. Garage parking was so convenient. Wonderful, comfy beds and bathrooms. Located in the best area and close to so many wonderful restaurants.
We walked to Wrigley field for a concert and it was safe and an easy walk. We had 6 adults and everyone was comfortable and we all loved the place!

Negatives: There are only two true bedrooms in the house, both of which are upstairs. The third "bedroom" is more of a loft and is entirely exposed to any sound coming from downstairs. Further, the only feasible way 20 people could sleep in the house was with the assistance of a plethora of trundle beds that are tucked away into every corner of the house (nice to have, but certainly not the same as a real bed).
Positives: The host was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off bags before the clean-up was done and check-in time was ready. We had a small send-off as it was my last weekend in Chicago, so I had family and friends come by, and the neighbors were all very friendly and gracious with us, some even stopped by and hung out.
Overall, I can say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Certainly, the house is better for situations where you're ready to bunk up, like you're at sleep-away camp or in a college sorority or something. For grown adults, such as some of my family members, the sleeping situation left much to be desired. Regardless, it served the purpose it was meant to have, and I am eternally grateful that I got to say goodbye to my loved ones and Chicago there.

Great time in an iconic and unique location. Great food and drink around town in walking distance and CTA was excellent. Sure the city has issues, just use your common sense and pick your spots. We all have new respect for Cubs fans, too!

We had a great experience with this property. 13 adults fit comfortably, there was plenty of space, and we had everything we needed. Great proximity to downtown area, as well as a train stop.

This home is well situated and easy to access. The description is spot on and then some. We loved the kitchen with everything to make a guest feel at home; spices, beverages, coffee, blender, lots of glassware. The beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable. Also, the home has a myriad of games tucked away for family and friends to use. It is one of the best VRBO places to stay! Truly.

Our group had a great time at this property. It was clean, well-stocked with beds/towels/etc., and in a great area. Would definitely recommend to a family or big group who wants to be in the city for a fun weekend, and we hope to be back someday!

All of us agreed that this listing was a perfect fit for our girls’ trip with 6 people. Everyone had a mattress to sleep on and ample bathrooms allowed us to get ready and enjoy our days. Many great restaurants within walking distance as well as the rail station. I will keep this house in mind for future trips! Thank you.

I will agree with another poster that I don't think the property should be labeled as a 3 br. There is a master br and then a large room where the third bris separated by a curtain and is open to the floor below.

Awesome property. Just finished our stay here for a bachelor party. 12 of us slept very comfortably! Very clean, great amenities, easy check in/check out, plenty of TV's for sports, huge table in the middle for a poker game. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us! Host is a great communicator and answers messages in a flash. He brought us over an entire case of poker chips.
The area was littered with nice bars and restaurants. Easy walk to Wriggleyville and Wrigley Field. Easy walk to Target and 7-eleven for essentials but took an Lyft ride back to the house with all the stuff. 20/25 mins to O'Hare International and 20 drive to Soldier Field. 10 mins to Downtown.
Can't say enough great things about this place. We would definitely stay there again and would for sure bring my family there.

6 adults on holiday in Chicago:
Positive: great location, clean, good beds, garage and all in shampoo, water beers and so on.
Negative: 3 bed rooms - two of them are connected with out a door. We where 6 pax so it was ok - but if you are more than 6 rest has to stay on bunkbeds.

AMAZING STAY
Hosted a bachelor party at this house and it was great. Plenty of beds to sleep on and lots of awesome couch space and great kitchen to cook for everyone. Would definitely come back!

An excellent spot for groups
Walking distance to just about everything in the Lincoln Park / Wrigleyville area. Didn’t need to take an Uber once except for back to O’Hare.
Plenty of cots, blankets, towels, supplies. Definitely a professional large group house!
